I don't know why they don't put BBQ sauce, I always ask for it and they don't put it, sometimes I have to remind them when picking up the order, it will be with their money that you buy it or at least they will reduce the sauces from your salary.

Placed a $42 order, and after paying and asking the clerk at the register if we had everything, I realized once I got home that we were missing 5 cookies and was then asked by the employees to then go back and collect the cookie because I couldn’t receive a refund if not in person. They had already confirmed that they had the cookies and tried nothing to accommodate for their mistake but that I had to go out of my way to get what I paid after the fact. They have terrible customer service.
Very rude stuff, managed by a very stubborn and hard headed manager who does not have any good customer service skills, he needs to go back to school and learn how to deal with his customer. Not happy about the service and not recommending the location.

Best McDonalds in the area. The fries are fresh and the nuggets are delicious. Service is okay, but I don’t expect 5-star service from a drive-thru. They also process orders quickly. Some McDonald’s drive-thru’s have taken us half an hour. Not this one. We’re usually through in 5 minutes or less.
