Manager was very unprofessional and argued with me continuously about Big Mac sauce! Made me feel very uncomfortable and upset! Drive thru lines wait was incredibly ridiculous for fast food. Would not go there again if it was the last McDonald’s on the planet!

Late nights in order to avoid doing work they only sell large combo meals. Claiming they don’t make money selling individual items. It’s clearly a way to avoid taking orders. I’d argue they lose money requiring specific orders.

Marie the Assistant Mgr must do better.

I've been a customer at this location since it first opened when my 24-year-old son started elementary at Sea Castle but they have seen the last of me thanks to Marie.

Bottom line I purchased something and got home and it wasn't there. I called and spoke to JR who told me to come back and pick up whatever was missing and that he would add a large fries for the trouble. I got there JR was gone and Marrie was the manager on staff. I explained the situation and she truly argued with me about the fries, said she wasn't going to add the fries. Like really? This is the service u are providing the community?.

Let's be honest here, it's not about the $3 fries, it's about the principle!!!, u first get my order wrong. I drove home without the items I paid for and then u treat me like I'm trying to steal fries from you??, like really little girl do better. U just lost your job a client who has spent 1000's over the years over $3 worth of fries ✌️
