Oh my GOD I come to this place at least 3 mornings out of 5 work days and everytime I come at 6am in the morning im in the drive thru at least 15 minutes and its not even crowded. They take 3 minutes just to take your order because the person taking orders fixing food for the cars before. They need more workers in the morning because service is terrible

On Sunday November 16 2025, I ordered a cheeseburger with 2 large fries and one medium. I was asked to wait in one of the designated spots. They did not take long to come out and I asked if the order was complete and the young man said yes 3 fries. I did not check because I was already in a rush. When I got home the medium fries were missing. In addition the fries lacked salt that happens very regularly and they did not put ketchup.

This is the worst restaurant experience I have ever had in my life. I will never step foot there. I wish I read all the reviews before going there. I place my order through the McD app at 10:50am. Got there at 11:05am and my order is not ready. As a mother fact I told they cannot serve me because I was suppose to get there before 11am. After a few back and forth I realize I am wasting my time with the shift supervisor who can barely speak english. He offers to cancel my order. I said ok. He said it's cancelled and I ould receive my refund within 2 business days. I check the app before driving off and the order is still active. I said can you give me a receipt or something to prove you cancel the order. He could not because he lied he didn't cancel anything. He calls the general manager but she was rude and disrespectful. At this point I demand to get a receipt of some sort to show I did not get my order. They wouldn't do it. To get matters worst They CALL MIRAMAR. What a worst way to treat a customer. I pay my money, I drive miles to pickup my food, you cannot fulfill my order and yiu hold on to my money. Worst of all you call the police. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT AT mcd. 2 out of 3 reviews are 1 star... that's telling!!! The owner needs to train his managers on customer service if he don't want to end up like the restaurant next to him.

On October 29, 2025, I went to the drive thru to order breakfast. I waited at the drive thru speaker for several minutes for someone to take my order. There were approximately six cars waiting. I became frustrated and exit the line as I exited the parking lot I observed several five to six employees standing in the parking lot talking and laughing. I asked them if they were open (it’s pass 6 am) a female replied, yes. She further stated that only one person was inside the restaurant and they just got there. She then rudely told me to go get in line. I did not respond I just left. I will never go there again with such rude behavior and people trying to order before they go to work.

The boy taking the order got my order and 4 other orders before mine all wrong, he was very slow, unconcerned with customers complaints, a total disaster,bathrooms are very dirty,tables are dirty
Food is typically good, however I was missing one of the four hamburgers I ordered via the app. Restaurant was not busy at the time. I suggest you double check your order before driving away from the drive thru.
