We arrived at 10:45 PM (yes, a whole 15 minutes before closing — how dare we?), and it was clear from the start that we were unwelcome. We placed a ridiculously complicated order: 4 regular meals. When we asked for 1 Buffalo sauce and 3 Barbecue, the employee generously decided we actually needed 4 Barbecue instead. Perhaps Buffalo sauce has a curfew? Then came the highlight: we were firmly told we couldn't eat inside. Apparently, tables stop working 15 minutes before closing. But wait, it gets better! After we got our order, we had the audacity to ask for some mayonnaise. The response? A nearly award-winning eye-roll performance, dripping with enthusiasm. A truly unforgettable experience — just not in the way we expected.

Today's experience, unlike what I'm used to in other places, WAS EXCEPTIONAL - Staff cleaning the customer area - Music - Order on time - Hot fries - Hot hamburger with exquisite meat. I worked for many years at McD Venezuela, I think it's all about details. I hope they can maintain that standard that the Brand always teaches you.

Definitely like most poor quality McDonalds. A 2-5 minute wait time on the app is a 15-45 minute wait for the curbside pickup. They are horribly slow, and they WILL keep things from your order. Out of 10 times coming here over a year, they had "forgotten" a burger or similar but somehow never forgot to put an extra burger in... funny, right? Try to find another restaurant that won't get you sick or make you late if you tried to order something fast.

This is by far the place with the worst service. Unfortunately I get out of work late at night and it is the only restaurant open at that time. Every time I go here, I have to wait at least 20 minutes for them to take my order. It seems they are always understaffed. The employees are screaming to each other. Fighting and complaining how much they hate the job and each other.

Just super well done. At 10:51 p.m. they turned off all ordering terminals and said we are closed, go and order on Macdrive!

I have been going in this location every now and then. Doing deliveries or ordering myself. Never have I have ever in any location been served RAW MCCHICKEN UNTIL I CAME HERE AT THIS TIME! Late night very very bad that could've made me real sick! I am formally complaining to corporate and possibly the Florida Health Inspector because that's dangerous. That could kill someone. They need to retrain that kitchen on cooking times!
