I pulled up at 2:56 a.m. Wednesday morning, and not a single soul came to the speaker. After three long minutes of silence, a lady finally appeared — moving slower than a Monday morning. When I asked how long the system would be down, she shrugged and said, “I don’t know, I cannot tell you.”
Let’s be real — that wasn’t a system issue, that was a motivation issue. If she had just said, “I’m tired, I don’t feel like working,” I would’ve respected the honesty and driven off without a word. But instead, I got a lie wrapped in laziness.
At this point, I’m convinced I could clock in, take her spot, and run that place better myself.

It's quite impressive to see Tyler, who's not even a manager, appear to run the entire McDonald’s on his own. Watching him handle everything while I waited 45 minutes for just 10 daily doubles was eye-opening. Meanwhile, Jordan, the manager, seemed to be on standby, as if he’s waiting for Oriel's advice. Let’s give a huge shoutout to Tyler — a young rookie from McDonald’s — who truly deserves our recognition and support.

Just look at the undercooked Double Quarter Pounder that this restaurant served me! Absolutely disgusting. If I didn't realize and kept eatting I may have gotten sick.

I normally don't like to give bad reviews but The service was slow took 30+ minutes for our food to be ready.
All the sodas we ordered were warm and watered down and flat...
The fries didn't have salt the food was wrong
The young lady at the counter was very quiet so I didn't happen to go to the counter I wouldn't of heard her ever through they still said the wrong number multiple times
1/10 wouldn't recommend

Thank you Kay 😇, without your assistance I would still be standing at the register. The manager did not give me my drinks nor the sauces. She filled up the fries have way as well. I went back up to the register to advise. NOONE asked do I need help. Kay was running back and forth outside as well as cleaning and attending to the customers. She asked me if everything was ok in a polite manner. Kay deserves a raise and the rest of y’all should not have filled out the application.

This is one of the most disgusting McDonald's I've ever stepped foot in. The bathrooms were so gross that I picked up my 3 year old because I didn't even want his shoes to touch the floor. There was a woman employee in there with a dry mop pushing it around saying "people are so foul", talking about the state of the bathroom but not actually doing anything about it. There was a man outside walking around harassing people to let him borrow a phone and then coming in and walking around the restaurant. I guess that's acceptable to the staff? The menu was half "unavailable" including only offering kids chicken nugget meals, no burgers meals, though the exact same burger they use for a kids meal is available on the regular menu. Asked to sub the extra fries instead of apples in a kids meal to be told "we don't do that" (though the girl I asked did put 2 fries in the kids meal even after saying she wouldn't, so thanks I guess). Sat down to eat and immediately regretted it because the whole time we were sitting there, we were swatting away gnats. Not to mention as I was waiting for our food, a different woman making sandwiches was standing in the food prep area playing on her phone with her gloves on and then put her phone down and started making food again without changing her gloves.
This restaurant is absolutely disgusting and we will never go back. The bar is really low for this chain to begin with, but this location really substandard.
