If I could give 0 stars I would. The manager that works late nights is rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Always has her face frowned up. I think she is very miserable. She has been working there forever with that same nasty attitude.
If she hates her job she should quit. This location is very slow late night.

The day and afternoon crew handles business and they are courteous and professional. Late night manager needs to take notes. The line is always long whenever she is working, just horrible.

Cashier in Drive thru is slow and needs more training . He keeps helping people from the same side and makes the other side wait. When you try to tell him he gets upset. Did the same thing two nights in a row. Multiple customers left the line and went elsewhere. You get better service at the Pines and 184th location.

The location is convenient, but the service is as slow as others mentioned. Seems like there is no management in the evening hours. Placed an order via their kiosk and just wanted to pay cash. Took a good twenty minutes before someone finally rang me up and only took two seconds. Their online orders/pickups are obviously more important. Please, someone help these folks do a better job. They are awful and slow and have attitudes.

I would like to share my experience at 1:20 am . I love the Deluxe Mc Crispy burger. But not at all mc donald make it good. The best one has been in Orlando and here in this location. The service wonderful with wonderful attitude. The Burger so good and the fries so fresh and crispy. Lovvvvvvve itttt! The bag came so organized with everything in place including my sauces and my napkins. So please if you have good experience Just communicate to others . I am pretty sure this place is not just 3 something. I give them tonight 5 /stars and I hope you can have the the same good experience next time you go. Thank! You 🩷🩷🩷😃
I parked my scooter outside the premises to go inside and get some breakfast and the treated me with zero respect berated me me until I went outside and I had to settle for eating on a curb because they wouldn’t allow me to park my scooter not to mention the food was absolutely horrid genuinely never experienced food this bad and the Manager was ill mannered and tried to grab my scooter and possibly damage it after I parked it. 0/10 experience definitely do not recommend go anywhere else if you want a good meal and good service.
