Have been going to Mobys for years. The quality of the product has gone to crap. Fries horrible They had to change the oil, the shrimp are now baby shrimp and nothing has any flavor, baby wings its horrible. Just lost a customer.

JUST TERRIBLE! This girl gave me a 1/4 conch and tried to tell me it wasn’t. Just because I ordered another plate with conch and shrimp she tried to tell me they’re both 1/2. The only reason why I didn’t snap on her because she a little girl and by Gods Grace. I don’t leave bad reviews but this was well needed. This was one of my favorite spots to get great food and worth the price, welp not anymore. (And after tasting the conch was hard. )

My issue with this establishment is They advertised chicken wings, I spent about $45.00 and got what looked like some baby chicken wings, was highly disappointed. After speaking with the gentleman on the phone about them not informing individuals about what they were purchasing was wrong. I just wanted a refund.

The Level Of Customer Service Is Horrible When It’s Not Being Give By The Two Owners Their Son Or The Young Ladies Who Work There. Recently There was a new hire with curly hair and when he works alone he shows his true colors. Ordering Food on Fathers Day For My Family Has Been The Worst. First I call in for a pan of chicken. I live In south Florida and I’m used to all demographics but when you pick up the phone to a customer it is never ok to get an attitude because the customer has repeated themselves 4 times and you still are not understanding. All in all since the recent hire of the curly hair heavier set individual I have been to Moby’s less and less and as of now have decided to no longer eat HERE unless the owners are the ones providing service.

The food sucks, The Service definitely not up to standards and the atmosphere not clean very dirty. Everything about that place from my experience was not worth my $25 and change. Will never go back there. Also, how can you give the customers order without something to eat with. Whereas, the customer service needs to be updated on a direct level.

Didn’t think I was paying for high blood press. Food was over cooked and salty as hell. Fried hard and not fresh for it to be cooked to order… so disappointing and I live to far to take it back
