Asked for a sample of the new dynamite chicken and was told they could only let me try the onion because the piece of chicken is too big for a sample lol š

Iāve been a Panda Express customer for 8ā9 years, and unfortunately this Miramar Parkway location has always been uncomfortable, but what happened tonight crossed a line.
Every time food is being served, a manager literally stands right behind the employee watching and counting portions, which makes the situation very uncomfortable. This happens especially when ordering higher-priced items like Pepper Steak, where Iām often given mostly large broccoli stems instead of meat. Even so, I had never filed a formal complaint.
Tonight, the service was completely unacceptable. The cashier, Reda, was rude to one of my friends, spoke to him with a terrible attitude, and even raised her voice for no reason. When I asked for soy sauce and chili sauce, she responded in the same hostile manner.
After paying, I attempted to place a second order (an additional side of meat and some appetizers). Instead of simply charging me, Reda began arguing, scolding another employee in front of us, and repeatedly mentioning ārules and policiesā without providing a clear explanation. I even asked her to remove the side of meat and only charge me for the appetizers to avoid any issues, but the situation continued to escalate unnecessarily.
I do want to point out that the only person who has consistently treated me well over the years is Lili. She provides excellent customer service, is respectful, professional, and truly makes a positive differenceāsomething that unfortunately is not reflected in the rest of the team.
Iāve tolerated poor treatment for years simply because I like the food, but this experience was frustrating and completely unnecessary. I will not be returning to this location, even if it means driving farther.

Shoutout to Panda Express for the authentic hands-only dining experience. Ordered food, received food⦠but utensils? Apparently thatās a premium feature now. I guess I was supposed to channel my inner panda and just paw at the noodles. Unfortunately, Iām in a hotel room, not a jungle. Food looks great, smells great, canāt eat it. Truly a modern culinary mystery.

whoever is manger currently , has to review camera footage . I called on 12/24/2025, at 8:50 pm, I was hung up on three times , when I was simply calling to ask about a large order I was going to place (no longer placing it ) , Iāve been ordering from this specific panda for the last 3 years , and this is the first time Iāve been disrespectful, I asked to speak to management and continue on getting hung up on

I ordered a bowl on doordash 11/18/2025 around 9pm with the walnut shrimp half fried rice half chow Mein and they gave me a bowl with barely any shrimp no chow mien and unseasoned dry rice with no utinezels no soy sauce. Ill make sure not to order from here again .

Today I went with my son to this restaurant, the truth is that I am not a regular customer, I found an unusual surprise and that is that the excellence was in the 5 people who were there, the manager at the front with a very good disposition, 2 cooks focused so that nothing was missing in the food line, a blonde girl who was providing hospitality with a very good attitude (she will also be in charge of doing drink tastings and cleaning the customer area) and the cashier who also showed a lot of kindness, anyway I hope the managers of this location can read this message and understand that a team like this are the ones that take a business to the top, I congratulate you !!
