They sent me the worst rice I've ever eaten it knows between garbage and burnt smoke, thank you for ruining my only food of the day with this burnt and horrible rice distributing it to customers and I call to make the complaint and they tell me that if I don't like it buy somewhere else, I should give them to offer and put food that they know it's bad because only with the smell it smells like burned that's disgusting
They are slow in serving nothing changes they didn't even condiments to give didn't like that

I share this experience it happened to me October 17, 2023 at 8:30 pm I bought a dinner at Panda Express Miramar to take away and in the parking lot inside my car I started to eat and I realized that there was plastic inside the food I got out of the car I got in the car and immediately approached the restaurant counter and asked to speak to the manager. I showed him the food, he took it and threw it in the trash right away and he didn't say anything to me. Then another girl asked me if I wanted another meal and I told her no, that the food had been prepared with plastic and that I didn't want it. The manager immediately told him to give him 10.00 dollars and he only gave me that amount without a receipt or anything and with money missing to give me. It's outrageous to have a manager who at least shouldn't have given me an apology. They are people with a very bad character towards clients.

Today I give 3 stars cause they got my order wrong. I requested two chow Mein but one of them end up being fried rice. The Label is correct and my receipt have the correct info but wrong food in box. Noodle was a bit doughwee.Parking: Parking is free

Best panda express I've been to. The asian ladies are really nice and they're not stingy with their portions. The food quality is always amazing thanks to their wonderful cooks. If you want the real panda express experience you should go to this place.

Got to use my bonus points tonight for upgrade on entrée. Quick American Chinese stop & I love ❤️ the Honey walnut shrimp & teriyaki chicken.
Stopped in to get a family meal for my crew as we prepare for school to start tomorrow (8/21/2023).We ordered and the ladies were quick in preparing it. They even put down fresh egg rolls since we were willing to wait the 5 minutes.I was able to use a coupon I had for downloading the app, which was a plus.As we waited I got to take on the ambiance since it's been awhile since we had been there. It was clean and quiet. Not as busy as it has been in the past at that time.We got the food and it was packed right and labeled. Right before we walked out the door the lady asked to check it as she realized they had put the same entre item in there and forgot to put the others. She resolved it quickly and we were on our way. The food was delicious as I always love their orange chicken and the chicken teriyaki. Since I've never liked their "fried rice" since it's not true fried rice, I always enjoy the chow mein.
