I keep ordering from this place because of name recognition but the pizza always sucks. My pizza today was greasy and super bitter. Throwing it away and ordering from someone else. Everyone in the house complained it was terrible

A couple weeks ago I orders two pizzas for delivery after 8 o’clock (I never order delivery and now I remember why) It was supposed to be delivered by a DoorDash driver. After about an hour of waiting, I called to see why DoorDash driver never arrived and was told that the Door Dash driver had said he already delivered it but the app showed him 59mins away still.
The manager at the Papa John’s apologized and said that if I came in to the store to pick it up she wouldn’t charge me and would even give me a credit of $35 which was how much the order was. So by now it was 9:30 and I rushed over there and was told to wait while they made the pizzas.
I thought it was a reasonable reaction and solution by the manager. However, the next day I realized that I WAS in fact charged for the pizza AND the delivery charge as well PLUS I was not given any $35 credit like I was promised.
I have to stay that after 30 years of being a loyal customer to this franchise, I will NEVER buy a pizza from Papa John’s again.
I even contacted Papa John’s directly twice and was completely ignored. It’s been over two weeks and I have heard nothing back from them or the store manager.

If you don’t want to eat body fluid pizza. Stay way!!! I had a bad and unsanitary situation at this location. One of the employees came in from outside, sweating heavily, ran his hands through his hair, wiped sweat off his face, and immediately began handling pizza boxes without washing his hands. Then another employee asked him to take over making pizzas. Without washing his hands, and while still using his phone, he began handling food. When I expressed my concern to the staff, they didn’t care and questioned why it was an issue. At that point I was disgusted.
This is unacceptable. Food safety and hygiene should be a priority, and allowing someone to handle pizzas without washing their hands after touching their hair, face, and phone is a serious violation. Instead of addressing the issue, the employee argued with me instead of fixing the issue. The manager didn’t care so I requested a refund
They got my order just right and service was very fast. The delivery person was pleasant and courteous.

I called Papa John’s and spoke with Oscar, and I just wanted to say how helpful and professional he was. Even though the store I called couldn’t deliver to my address, Oscar went out of his way to patiently assist me and kindly redirected me to the correct location. He was extremely polite the entire time and made the process smooth and stress-free. Great customer service!

Order I placed on Papa John's app took over an hour, arrived cold, and was outsourced to DoorDash. I asked the Doordash driver if they passed on the $6 tip I put on the Papa John's app, and they said no. I won't be ordering from this location again.
