Philly Steak Sub Shop used to be my favorite breakfast spot whenever I was in town, but after my recent experience, I will not be returning. During my visit, I asked the owner, an older caucasian gentleman, if I could substitute the ham in the Western Omelet (which includes green peppers, cheese, and onions) for chicken. He confirmed that this substitution would be possible.
However, when my order was ready and I went to pay, I noticed an additional charge of 99 cents for the green peppers. This was surprising, as I believed they were already included in the omelet. I felt it was unfair to be charged extra when I simply requested a protein swap.
It seems the owner is more focused on nickel-and-diming his customers rather than providing a seamless dining experience. I believe future patrons should be aware of this before choosing to dine there. It's clear now why the ratings are only at 3.7; there's a reason for the dissatisfaction.

Love this place. It's been a gem of mine for years. Prices have gone up a bit but still not bad. I'm a bigger dude so I get 2 sandwiches (Chicken and steak).

Over $30 for two sandwiches... they were very bad Was expecting something wow and I got a dry bun and a lot of beef that was tasteless, with no seasoning, cheese, I had maybe two slices in my sandwich
You can get a 100 times better sandwich at any fast food place for 50% of the price.

This place has been one of my favorite Philly cheesesteak places growing up I must have ate there at least $200 to 300 times this place has been around for over 20 years and let me tell you they make one heck of a cheesesteak you definitely can't go wrong ordering anything from that place you won't regret it even though they might be a little pricey there is amble parking but it's sufficient enough for how big the restaurant is they accept Dine-in and take out it's a cozy place you can bring your family or your girlfriend sorry for the rent I just wanted to give you guys a really good idea of how this place is it's close to a lot of things that are around South Florida a lot of entertainment so it's a real good place to go because it's close to everything in the food is great so if you happen to pass by this place make sure you stop and and like I said before you will not regret it oh and last thing that I forgot their orange cream soda is to die for it's so delicious overall it's the best philly cheesesteak place that I've ever been to in over 30 years it's even better than the cheesesteaks in Philly so do yourself a favor and go in and enjoy a huge Philly cheesesteak like I said you will not regret it you will not regret it

I’m a firm believer if a place of business “tell you “you can’t use the bathroom next door to the gas station from a manager. I I’m not spending my money there! !!! When asked where or what do the employees do when they need to use the restroom. I get a I don’t know. There is really a problem. I don’t know what type sanitization practices are being used!

Hello and this EATS ANOTHER ONE reviewing this place. In the early 80 , this place was on point but now it is so sad. My wife had a corn beef and pastrami. Now her sandwich was decent. It was too wet for me but decent the CSR took pride in making her sandwich. My sandwich though was the Italian cold cut. It was depressing because the sandwich calls for ham capicola ham Genoa Salami the only thing that I had on my sandwich was Salami it was disheartening because that not what I am use to. Sorry about having no pictures but I was hurt. Try it for yourself and I hope that you have a better experience.
