Pita shop is my go to delivery when I want something cooked fast delicious and nutritious. I just have to give a shout out to who ever was on the grill Thursday 7/31. The lamb was so tender in the Jerusalem Mix . The Tandoori Chicken was on point seasoned to perfection…dare I say was that medium spicy yum yum yum! The rice was a little underdone but the gravy from the mix worked that out.😋

I order gyro platter and chicken Shawarma combo. Diane, she didn’t give me my time to order my meal. She was very rude and she screamed at my son because he asked her for a cup of water. She told him you have to buy a bottle of water. I asked to speak to a manager, and she said the manager is not available. And she starts speaking in Spanish, so I don’t understand her very rude customer service….

If I could leave zero star, I will not say no this restaurant should be shut down people go eat there but they don't see how they make the food how dirty...... The owner named Frank when he touch the rice from two days to serve it to people he use his hands no gloves .... or when he prepare the falafel is nasty or when he prepared the grape leaves .... restaurant always smells nasty.... look at the machine have the sweet tea and something else how nasty it is looks for years never been clean what kind of restaurant is this..... The stuff is working with him rude customer service the girl with the glasses named Diane. She’s always around the cat outside and after that, I watch her she go to grab the food for different people to serve their food without watching our hands, this is not safety…… I will not be coming to this Restaurant any more and I will tell all my friends all my group at work never ordered from here I used to spend $100 every week

Diana the women with the glasses she took my order was rude and had an attitude and always distracted by her devices when Diana brought me my food she had a finger in my plate and it was disgusting and disrespectful

Is not what it used to be. (Maybe a change of ownership. Looks like they started using bio genetic chicken, like the one, you would get free bags not too long ago. Dirty tables, even the napkin holder dusty. I don’t plan on going back. I was a customer since 2020.

I must be honest, the food is good, although sometimes it seems that they change the cook because there are days that I have eaten here and you can feel the difference ... but it is a good option for a different seasoning. The atmosphere is nice but it smells a lot of food and the clothes and hair get stinky.

The food might be ok, but the place where the eating tables are, has cats wandering around. I would avoid a place like these. I saw an employee of Pita shop petting these cats and then going back into the restaurant to serve food to customers.
People have taken the love of animals too far!!!
