I have never been to any Pollo Tropical and received such wonderful customer service right from the start. Even 10 minutes before closing, the greeting voice coming through the intercom was so polite it truly shocked me in the best way.
When I pulled up to the window, I was met with a smile and even more exceptional service. I had to ask her name so I could leave a review—thank you, Consuello (Assistant Manager)! It was definitely a pleasure being served by you. I will be back!

I went through the drive-thru at Pollo Tropical and was helped by a wonderful lady named Consuello. Even though it was just a quick interaction, she completely stood out and made the experience great. She was so kind, patient, and had such a sweet personality. You could really tell she enjoys what she does and cares about the people she’s helping. Consuelo greeted us with such a friendly and positive attitude, and it honestly made the drive-thru feel personal instead of rushed. She double checked our order, made sure everything was right, and did it all with a smile. It’s small things like that which leave a big impression. People like Consuello make a huge difference. she turned a regular food stop into a really pleasant experience. She’s amazing at her job and deserves to be recognized for the way she treats customers. Thank you, Consuello, for being so sweet and making our day brighter!

this store has new management and it’s obvious, me and my family have stopped by before with a mediocre experience and the food was no where as good as it was today. My family meal was so good. Hats off to cooks in the kitchen.
The manager was vey bubbly and seasoned I believe her name was Consuello. The dining are was clean and so were the bathrooms, as I was in and out so much with my kids. I will definitely be back before the end of the week. Hope you guys bring back the chillers!
