Food was juicy 😋 & hot 🔥. The workers was very upbeat & professional 👌. Restaurant was clean great, music in the atmosphere was low & vibing. Will definitely bring the family back next time we're in this part of town.

this store has new management and it’s obvious, me and my family have stopped by before with a mediocre experience and the food was no where as good as it was today. My family meal was so good. Hats off to cooks in the kitchen.
The manager was vey bubbly and seasoned I believe her name was Consuello. The dining are was clean and so were the bathrooms, as I was in and out so much with my kids. I will definitely be back before the end of the week. Hope you guys bring back the chillers!

I ordered the crispy chicken with yellow rice but was given grilled chicken instead, which I don’t eat. Unfortunately, this was disappointing since I was looking forward to the crispy chicken. While the food itself seemed good, the mix-up really affected my experience. I hope more care is taken with order accuracy in the future because mistakes like this can really affect the overall experience.
My favorite part of Pollo tropical is the consistency of the food no matter which one you go to. I love that 😍

Ara, that works the inside register around 3pm on Fridays. The ltwo times I was there she was fantastic Unfortunately last Friday she was busy in the back The left who brought out clean trayttried to assist unfortunately I don't speak Spanish and she didn't understand my English The 2nd lady came out and made a mockery of me wanting my food I acleand bowl and not one that someone scratched their head underneath their ballcap and stuck gloved hand in bowl... I felt she tested me with total disrespect and the lady who looked like a manager preparing and bagged food for drive through and let me and 4 other customers wait I've 7 minutes to be grated due to never telling the other person we were out there waiting did nothing. What a shame I really enjoyed the first lady that assisted me the first two Fridays I went to this location, I went back to work and was telling them how I was treated and several said they do to the one by the mall for to issued at you're location!!! I figure this post is probably a waste of time as the manager there did nothing... But I'm curious if other people have been treated people there too! PS this has Nothing to do with the last that helped me the first two times, Latin lady dark short hair wears a mask very nice and professional!!! I wish I could remember here name
