I ordered the crispy chicken with yellow rice but was given grilled chicken instead, which I don’t eat. Unfortunately, this was disappointing since I was looking forward to the crispy chicken. While the food itself seemed good, the mix-up really affected my experience. I hope more care is taken with order accuracy in the future because mistakes like this can really affect the overall experience.

Ara, that works the inside register around 3pm on Fridays. The ltwo times I was there she was fantastic Unfortunately last Friday she was busy in the back The left who brought out clean trayttried to assist unfortunately I don't speak Spanish and she didn't understand my English The 2nd lady came out and made a mockery of me wanting my food I acleand bowl and not one that someone scratched their head underneath their ballcap and stuck gloved hand in bowl... I felt she tested me with total disrespect and the lady who looked like a manager preparing and bagged food for drive through and let me and 4 other customers wait I've 7 minutes to be grated due to never telling the other person we were out there waiting did nothing. What a shame I really enjoyed the first lady that assisted me the first two Fridays I went to this location, I went back to work and was telling them how I was treated and several said they do to the one by the mall for to issued at you're location!!! I figure this post is probably a waste of time as the manager there did nothing... But I'm curious if other people have been treated people there too! PS this has Nothing to do with the last that helped me the first two times, Latin lady dark short hair wears a mask very nice and professional!!! I wish I could remember here name

Never coming back to this location again. The drive thru at this location is ALWAYS painstakingly SLOW! I kid you not, you will spend at least 20-30 minutes waiting in line. It’s ridiculous.
Drive thru takes 500 years. Literally been in drive thru line for over 25 minutes with only 4 cars in front. . . .

I went to this place in Miramar Parkway and 148 I have order a TropiCho, and get very disapointed when I saw just two little pieces of chicken, was mostly rice, so mad at this place!!

Very good food and quickly prepared. The dining area was nice and clean. The only issue I had was that everybody who was working here was really Cuban and if I varied from the menu there was a slight language barrier. My fault not theirs

This place is name Pollo chicken of course in Spanish, but don’t expect to find chicken if you get there too late they typically seem to run the chicken before 8 o’clock at night and they even run out of lettuce. They never put any signs warning before you get to the order speaker, so you get trapped in the drive-through trying to place an order just to find out you came for chicken and they don’t have chicken after sitting in the drive-through line for 10 minutes. When they have chicken, it’s normally fresh and tasty but the beans are never made consistently, sometimes they’re too watery sometimes they’re just right.
