I considered this place like the best restaurant Pollo Tropical of Miramar and Pembroke Pines , until tonight. The disrespectful, negative attitude and poor costumer service of the manager on duty was really sad. That lady was terrible and some costumers like me was talking about that really BAD attitude. I’m another kind of costumer , for this reason I need to talk with the manager of this restaurant Luis and if that it’s not possible i am going to talk with the district manager. By the way at 8:30 pm no forks and knife at the restaurant. Chicken restaurante , Really??

I keep telling my self I’m never gonna spend my hard earn money on another pollo meal but here I am again with a small chicken tropichop inside of a large size bowl! The portions keep getting smaller each day! $14 for a large meal with a small meal portion! It’s the restaurant chain doing this to its own costumers! I heard of shrink flation but this is down right disgraceful!!!!!
