Absolutely unacceptable and atrocious service! Made a pickup order for 2:26pm didn’t get my food until 3:30pm. Over 1 hour to throw 2 orders for rice, beans and chicken! Pulled into the drive thru asked for my order and it wasn’t ready. Everyone lied that they were making my order when they weren’t. It wasn’t until I went inside that they finally pulled my order ticket and made everything right in front of me. Nobody cared or showed any shed of hospitality. Never go to this pollo tropical worst experience with fast food I’ve ever had in my life! Save your money and go somewhere else. Do NOT give this place your business or time!

We just sat in the drive thru line for 25 minutes! Absolutely unacceptable! The only reason we stayed was because we were stuck with vehicles in front and behind us. Every time I come here, I vow never to return because of the terrible service. Shame on me. From now on I'll travel farther to go to the one on Miramar and I75.

Some employees need training on how to prepare food properly and safely. Wearing the same gloves you touch the front counters, the refrigerator doors, the screens, the utensils you use to touch the food, the register, picking up anything off the ground, touching the bags and preparing the food and touching the food with the same gloves without changing them is cross contamination and disgusting. Change your gloves. Certain employees are rude and have poor customer service.

I ordered a whole chicken and you didn't send me any sauces at all! Cilantro Garlic is the only reason why I eat at Pollo Tropical. The bill attached to the bag shows all the sauces that I picked, but you didn't send any of them with my order. Shame on you, Pollo Tropical 10249!

This was the worst pollo experience everWhere to start first the cashier was just on her phone texting and on top did not know english so to help with the language barrier i spoke to her in spanish to her so it could be easier to understand for her but she still didnt seem to understandI order kids meal grilled chicken breast strips with white riceI ask for a side of black beansI also ordered a small cesar saladI get my orderIts all wrong i was given a kids meal tropichop which i specifically told her i didnt want because my kids dont like the beans mixer inAnd than i see a large cesar salad with grilled chicken with no dressingI never ordered that i told her small Cesar saladthey said oh we don't have cesar dressing i just dealt with it i figured i would just eat it for lunch tomorrow with cesar dressing i have at homeThan i ask for sauces i asked for 3 kinds salsa ,garlic cilantro ,and spicy poyoThe lady only puts 2 of the ones i asked for so i ask her for the red salsa did not know she took my spicy poyo out in exchange for salsaI was about done going up to the front about 5 timesI was charged for the side of beans that i never got i had to ask for the meal to be redone because my kids did not like the beans and rice mixed which i never asked forLike i dont know what was wrong with the staff that night but they were just all not all there and i was the only customer there inside and at the time the drive thru was empty just was shocked to have so many small things not be up to parWell after i got my food people started to come in from the drive thru and complain one after the other sooo i know the staff was just not on their game and none seem to care or even have a clue what is going onThe manger really should speak to his staff because that many complaints back to back is unacceptable and just shows how he lacks as a leader his staff is a reflection of his leadership

We went with my wife to buy chicken to eat at home and after making the purchase a man came out saying "I'm the manager", he addressed my wife without realizing that she was coming with me and gave her half a chicken, hahaha I laughed with She and without any qualms, my wife, surprised by his actions, wanted to return the chicken, but he insisted, so there is no way that God's food is not despised. I would like it if, just as they gave it to my wife, the girls who serve it would also give it to the boys. Husbands, let's see if we are going to buy more often hahahahaWe can all give a gift at any time but never assume that our role in a company can give us better status in the eyes of the population!!!
