First time I come to Polo Norte and I have a very pleasant experience with the good service that our clerk Alejandro gave us. Very attentive and polite from the moment we entered the restaurant. My family and friends will definitely be back and we will ask that Alejandro attend to us. I recommend this restaurant for the tasty food they have, but above all for the good treatment they gave us!!!I recommend this restaurant to everyone looking for some great Cuban food! Wonderful experience as always!! I love Polo Norte Miramar!!The food, the place and the staff never disappoint. Great service and the food and drinks were delicious. The manager Arian was very kind and attentive, he came to our table to ask about our experience and check everything was fine. If you wanna try cuban food Polo Norte Miramar is a great choice ?

I ordered a Masita de Puerco and Vaca Frita and I gotta say it was the most disgusting thing! It tasted like dirty water and I suspect it's from the mojo marinade they use. My wife's Palomilla, on the other hand, was pretty good...but yeah I dunno if it's worth coming back.

I am not picky whatsoever, but that was extremely disappointing! The service was atrocious! First off, there was no customers there when we arrived, and there was over 20 employees walking around and laughing; they were not working. We ordered our food (which was an app and a soup), and never brought it out. A family came after us and they received their appetizer before us…. The food is alright, but the lack of attention will asure anyone to never return. All the employees uncomfortably stare and stand around doing absolutely nothing. We even observed a drink being made at the bar and it was sitting there for over 4 minutes, waiting to be picked up by a server. I will never go back there again.
Alejandro always goes above and beyond to provide the best customer service. Today, he surprised us with a unique coffee like no other. When it comes to customer satisfaction, he simply has no parallel!!!!
