I had a disappointing experience with the Siciliana pizza at this restaurant. The pizza was burned, the cheese wasn't properly melted, and I was overcharged—It was quoted $18 but ended up paying $25, even though I didn't request any extra toppings. When I pointed out that the pizza was burned, the waitress was uncooperative and refused to acknowledge the issue. He wasn’t polite, no customer service at all.

Ordered for pickup an order of penne a la vodka which came with a side salad and 3 garlic rolls. The garlic rolls were so hard and stale, they certainly didn’t taste fresh. Neither did the pasta unfortunately. I have a lot of choices with local Italian pizzerias and chose to give Primos a second chance after another bad experience a few months ago. A super underwhelming pepperoni pizza that was a bed of oil by the time I brought it home. You really need to do better and provide fresh food with every order. You lost this customer.

Primo's=family. I have always enjoyed eating at this fine establishment. Their Italian cuisine is some of the best in Miramar. From appetizers to zucchini, I'd most recommend that you try the garlic rolls. The first 6 are complimentary. After that, you can order them by the half dozen or dozen. Try the pasta sampler, which comes with lasagna, manicotti, and shells, a perfect dish for the indecisive because they also offer Italian staples such as eggplant/chicken parm and stromboli and calzone and calamari.
I placed an. pick up Order of Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and a Calzone with sausage and beef (did not realize just how big it was going to be). Got home and was about to enjoy what should've been Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, only to discover there was no Chicken (how do you not add in the main ingredient to a dish)? Called the store and was offered either a credit or to return and pick up some Chicken I chose to drive back to restaurant and pick up the chicken (because I had a craving for some Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo) once home I open the container on to discover the chicken was hot but dry. So I am very disappointed but I will give them another chance since they were very apologetic. Just have to make sure to check out my order before I leave the restaurant.

I dream about this pizza every night. All of its components went so well together. From the slightly sweet & salty sauce, to the melt of the cheese. The way it comes all together on the crust, spectacular. I never eat pizza, I ate this, and have no regrets. 100/10, would recommend to my unborn children.

I didn't like the garlic bread this time around it wasn't as fluffy as the first one I sampled a few months ago. And on this trip I had to return the first set given because they were so dry.
