Don’t waste your time trying to order from the website it’s not consumer friendly you pick the location and then you can’t get to even see the menu for that location the website definitely needs marketing help and this website doesn’t cut tomato sauce

Super bad service, a super rude employee or manager yells and insults

I haven’t even received my food but I’m giving my one store for the terrible service they have. I ordered a pizza through UberEats, after more than 30 minutes it’s still on “preparing your food.” I decided to calm the restaurant to get told the pizza is ready, but they just need to “press the button to call the driver”… once driver gets there I see it’s still taking long. I contacted the driver to get told that the food wasn’t ready. I have my son waiting for his food here at home. I don’t appreciate the lie from the restaurant and no accommodations for the delay. Won’t be ordering from here again, knowing how careless they are with the orders.

We were staying at a hotel across the street, but drove over to get our food. Didn’t notice we were missing our garlic knots until we got back to the hotel. When I called, they were apologetic and sent someone to deliver the garlic knots to the hotel. Excellent customer service! Food was good too!
