It was my first time checking out this spot. I ordered the chicken shwarma wrap. The chicken was very tasty and the toppings set it off. They were fresh. Those cucumbers added a nice crunch. What i like most is that the wrap was sealed on a flattop grill. Which held every but of the contents inside with every bite. It also had a nice crunch. I will definitely go back again.

I ordered through the Shawarma Shack App for national shawarma day today and I placed an order that came up to a total $0.00. But when I got there, after an employee packaged the food, an elderly gentleman worker came in and questioned the receipt. My order on the app was canceled and the employee reprocessed the order on their system and charged me $23.98 plus taxes. I was expecting to just pay $4.99 plus taxes for baklava, but instead I paid $31.00 including taxes. The employee should have honored the order I placed on the app with the coupon instead of charging me. The employee also admitted that it was his mistake when he put the coupon on the Shawarma Shack App. They could have showed better customer service, especially if they knew they made a mistake. 100 percent I would not go back here after this experience.
