I was sitting down with my friend and a person by name Miguel was talking to his coworker and embarrassing them. I didn’t like that environment I may not comeback. That’s no way to treat your coworkers, please train your staff on treating others fairly.

Very bad customer service and humiliating experience.
The employee openly criticized my order in front of other customers, saying it would taste bad and acting like my order was a burden. While making it, he said “I want her to try this first because I know it won’t taste good”, laughing as if it were a joke.

I paid for my order, so it should not matter to him whether he personally likes it or not. To make things worse, once the smoothie was ready, he made me try it in front of everyone, saying “this is what you ordered, try it.” I felt extremely embarrassed and humiliated.

This was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable behavior. Customers deserve respect.

disappointed. I usually come to this smoothie king but I don't anymore. I was next door so I stopped to get my bowl and omg attitude overload. These kids need training. they know nothing about customer service. She's going to tell me i Ave no rewards but im looking at it on my phone. attitude from I step in the store. Will never come back to this store again. owners ur at risk to loose ur business with these kids that knows nothing about customer service.

Pamela Chuy has really good customer service. She’s very polite, fast, and friendly. However there are other workers who will fill your smoothie not all the way to the top, leaving a huge air gap. Not only that, but are very unwelcoming sometimes. That’s why my rating is a 3 and not a 5.

You keep saying sorry “get it together already” you sound pathetic. How hard is it to run a smoothie shop.. give me a break. Customer service is terrible, the place is disgusting I walked in and walked out. I went next door to Publix and bought my own fruits and made an incredible smoothie.
