I ordered an island impact yesterday and it still had chunks of mango on it and wasn’t even a full 40 oz. On top of that I had to wait 15-20 min for my smoothie and the cash register when getting my order waited 10 min to let me know me card didn’t go through till the second time because he was rushing. Never going back to this location.

System down. Cash only. But.. Online orders not being accepted either. Guess they just didn't feel like working much. And to top it off gloves on but hand inside mouth, messing with braces.. Yuck! Please people gloves on doesn't mean you can touch everything and then handle food.

Tried the new smoothie bowl. It was good not great. I'm an avid customer at smoothie king and was a little disappointed with the smoothie bowls. My biggest disappointment was that they did away with the military discount. Seems like prices are going up and no more discount. (Not even to the militaryI I'll go to other places where the ACAI bowls are cheaper and I receive my military discount.

Our first time at this location and ordering through the app. We ordered the High Intensity Mango online and when we picked it up (7 min after placing the order) and the drink only tasted like ice. We asked why and the guy behind the counter, who was very nice and helpful, was interrupted by a rude girl with black hair who said verbatim “if you leave the drink too long it looses flavor”. She started to gaslight us about why it was our fault why the drink had no flavor. Again, we picked up the drink after 7 min of placing the order. She was incredibly rude and condescending, gave us the worst attitude for no reason. The guy behind the counter however was incredibly kind and explained to us how to use the app properly. We came on Friday night January 13th at 8:40 pm.
