I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years & years. Ever since they reopened, they have hired several high school young women to take the orders. I had no problem with that until one day one of those young women (a tall thin brunette who always wears a hat lol) was incredibly rude to me when handing me my coffee. I then spoke to the manager about this immature employee. Ever since then however, every time I hangout at this particular Starbucks and this young girl is working her shift, she proceeds to laugh with her other young coworkers & take turns staring at me while I enjoy my coffee. It would be nice if I don’t feel like I’m back in junior high every time I return to this Starbucks with these girls acting so unprofessional. I believe HR needs to train these young Ladies on how to conduct themselves when doing business and act their age. I’ve never had an issue with this Starbucks until now.

gave me half water, 1/4 half and half and 1/4 of jack sh!t. I ain’t even gonna lie i see why starbucks baristas get the disrespect they deserve cuz wtf did i just pay $6.25 for lmao. WORST pumpkin spice latte i had. took about 25 mins to get it too and i waited patiently w a smile on my face, only for 20 mins to pass and 8 paid employees to just wair around not doing jack sh!t. Lmao, disrespectful ash. Shoulda put my tip out the jar and back in my pocket and threw a nickel at his head. I see why starbucks baristas get looked down upon now.

As many of you I have been counting the days to enjoy a delicious Pumpkin Spice Latte and what a disappointment; I ordered a grande and was filled more like a tall size instead of a grande and the taste, OMG!!!!.....AWFUL!!! Horrible. Worst way to start the season. Baristas - Please, if you are not sure how to prepare the drink, please let someone with more experience prepares a holiday drink. We all agreed Starbucks is very pricy and there is nothing worst than to spend your money in something so poorly made.
Very disappointed today, not sure if I'll be back any time soon.

Every time I come here I usually order take out using their app or sometimes I go to their drive thru. Their Frappuccinos are very good. Fresh and tasty. Staff is friendly and attentive. And service is fairly quick. Their reward program is great and they send you different offers weekly.
It's a very nice and quiet branch, I received very fast service. The toilets were clean and neat, and they offered a candy bar in the photo to all guests. It was beautiful. We should come again and again :)

This is my “go-to” Starbucks that I go to on the daily. The service is great. The young, college students that work there are the sweetest and they always get my venti iced shaken espresso order perfect. Plus, they have re-modeled the interior of this Starbucks in a very modern and appealing fashion! Great place to study.

Service is not what it used to be. Now when you ask for tea with sugar they don't put the sugar in it. They leave the whole paper on the tea bag inside of your cup. Instead of hanging out of the side they've become very sloppy.
