I think this is the worse Starbucks in an 8 mile radius . It’s midday and I’ve been in line over 10 minutes . I’d hate to see the morning rush . SMH every time I come here it’s a let down

I had ordered through the app and went through the drive-through in the evening (around 8pm) to let them know I was here to pick up. No one was answering, so I drove up to the pick up window and saw the cashier on her phone. She looked at me and went right back on her phone until finally minutes later, hung up the phone and asked me what I wanted. I think this employee needs a class on customer service focusing on you do not ignore and make customers wait when you are on a personal phone call. I am a regular and tip generously because I appreciate good service, but likewise have to call out when I experience terrible customer service. This is my only advice to the owner.

Got treated like I was a nobody wanted something simple as a cup of hot water. Spoke to manager Alice Her response was it's a liability you might throw the hot water at me my response are you serious I don't suffer from no mental or psychiatric issues. That was totally wrong to come at me like that and sucking her teeth during the conversation. I acknowledge that I am a Starbucks member I spent money with that store throughout the week. After being disrespected I don't feel comfortable supporting this store never again. I'm law abiding citizen I deserve respect.

This Starbucks is very quick. I order on the app for pickup and it’s always ready when I walk in. Everyone is very friendly and always greeted when i walk into the store. My drinks are always made correctly. Thank you to all the staff for your great service with a smile. Everyone is very pleasant.
