My favorite coffee spot. Customer service top tier always. Just make sure that they scan your points correctly. Last couple times I’ve been there it wasn’t working properly. They aim to please always.

3 strikes and I’m done with this Starbucks. They never make the drinks right and the service is so slow. I prefer the other Starbucks by La Careta they always get it right and are attentive.

I ordered a matcha latte and it was actually so gross, they didn’t mix it right and it was sour so i asked them to remake it. The second one was just as bad just not with the specks of matcha. Food was so mid🥀🥀

Pulled up the drive thru window shortly after 9pm and could see 2 employees inside. Both of them make eye contact with me and ignored me instead of saying they were closed. A simple hand gesture would've sufficed, instead they ignored me until I drove off.
This is the slowest and most careless service in Florida! If you're in a rush, do not, I repeat, do not come here! The staff is extremely slow and careless!

Untrained self-absorbed more concerned with chatting with themselves and usually dirty and bathrooms aways 0-1 star never clean almost aways filthy and or disgusting and when you try to explain you get a group of them literally stand and chatting and telling you they have no time to clean topical od staff at any Starbucks and never have I seen an employee go and wash Their hands from register to coffee to opening drive through window to dropping something on Florida or wiping off their workspace right back to making coffee don't even know if they have soap there or have any rules their supposed to follow pretty 😭
