Untrained self-absorbed more concerned with chatting with themselves and usually dirty and bathrooms aways 0-1 star never clean almost aways filthy and or disgusting and when you try to explain you get a group of them literally stand and chatting and telling you they have no time to clean topical od staff at any Starbucks and never have I seen an employee go and wash Their hands from register to coffee to opening drive through window to dropping something on Florida or wiping off their workspace right back to making coffee don't even know if they have soap there or have any rules their supposed to follow pretty ðŸ˜

Not sure how they ever got 4.3 stars when there is nobody there to serve you. Waited in line for 45 minutes in drive thru with 3 cars ahead of me only and it seemed nobody was inside or they were on their phones watching TV. For a drive thru to be that slow, it should not be called a drive thru, rather a slow thru. Had to leave the line because they were not moving. This Starbucks brings the original Starbucks in Seattle a bad name where with more people in line they were faster efficient and courteous.

If you want to wait 40 minutes for microwave food and a subpar drink this is the spot. Of the past 5 times I’ve been to this Starbucks, my order has been wrong 100% of the time. I wish I had a closer alternative. Not only was my food cold today, it was incorrect. I watched the cashier give an incorrect order to the guy in front of me (presumably my order), but didn’t take the additional 10 seconds to make sure mine wS correct or if he has accidentally given me his. Management, get it together. One day I ordered 5 items and the cashier complained that I was giving them a hard time as If id ordered catering in the drive thru.

Poor service. The employees only focus on drive thru customers. I ordered a tea and an lemon loaf. They forgot about the lemon loaf (they charged it). I had to ask for stevia (wasn’t offered any) AND has to then ask for a stirring stick. How was I supposed to stir my tea?!

Very upsetting with this store, I order a double smoke bacon cheddar sandwich and I asked for no bacon. I made sure the young gentleman heard me and I repeated myself serval times. When my order arrived it had bacon in it … after he assured me it won’t have bacon.

Lately I've noticed the cashiers at the drive thru just assume I want to tip and are keeping my change without even asking. It has happened 3 times at this location. I'm assuming they are being trained to keep our change I have also paid by car and have been instructed to pick how much I want to give. Definitely calling corporate tommorow

I normally don’t write reviews but I had to mention my experience at this Starbucks. I was having a bad day and was looking for a pick me up. One of the baristas, Gaby, was so genuine and cheered me up, seriously improved my mood. Not to mention my drink hit the spot. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back.
