I'm compelled to write this review because of the incredible positive energy I experienced tonight at Starbucks, thanks to Sabrina and London. After a long day at work, Sabrina's beautiful and happy demeanor was unmatched. And when London handed me my drinks with a warm and welcoming smile, it was incredibly refreshing. The service is fast! This is my go to Starbucks place to grab coffee before I go to work. The mobile orders are always ready whenever I get there.

Horrible service in the counter .It was a very simple order and no service at all after 20 minute wait with a near empty store. Completely ignored my wife's order and daughter, she. Is very upset at the moment .She felt discriminated and disrespected by the staff ,as we teach our daughter and talk to her in Spanish for her to be bilingual.They waited over 20 minutes, taking into consideration the store and people behind her and in-drive thru were receiving their orders first. We are very understanding in the service industry, but this is unacceptable and very disappointing as the store was not busy at all . After 20 minutes, my wife brought it up to the cashier . This is very poor service and demanded full refund plus asked for her $2 tip back . Received coffee nor order!

I come here 3-4 times a week and the quality of the food and drinks is always great. The service we get, especially from Ari, is always outstanding. She is professional, kind, and engaging. She asks about our dog and always checks if our order is correct and takes great care of us. She even gives us great new ideas to try!
