I was in the drive-through today around 7:15 PM and never in my entire life being a customer of Starbucks. Have I ever seen an employee taste A customer’s drink from a stirring stick and then licked his finger and placed the drink down that is disgusting and that is how you pass germs around.

I was by the Starbucks around 12:00pm on Wednesday and I ordered a iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso and the milk was separating so I went in and nicely asked what should I do and she added milk but it wasn’t gonna work so I was going up to the register and I asked if I could change my drink or do I need to reorder a new one and she asked what I wanted and I told her a iced caramel macchiato please and she gave the order to someone to make it and the girl just gave me back the coffee in a messy cup with no Carmel at all. I really didn’t mind ordering another coffee if that was the problem. Just terrible customer service and I was very nice and respectful. Honestly just ruined my entire day because I had to go somewhere else to grab another coffee.
I still don't understand how long the drivers who seek orders have to wait so long for someone to deign to assist them..... you're painting on the wall! One's work is not worth it....
Now I remember why I stopped buying coffee in this place. High Prices, Low Quality. Today I ordered a pumpkin spice latte, it used to be one of my favorite drinks from Starbucks. Disappointed experience!! No whipped cream No steamed milk and half of my small cup empty. It had been a long time since I bought coffee here and now it will continuous that way.

I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had today at your store around 12:15 PM. Unfortunately, the quality of my coffee and the service I received fell far below the standards I’ve come to expect from Starbucks.
The coffee I ordered did not taste anything like the same order I regularly get from other Starbucks locations. I have continued visiting this store because it is the closest to my workplace, but the inconsistency in drink quality has been a recurring issue.
Additionally, the interaction at the drive-through was frustrating and unprofessional. The employee taking orders was unclear in their instructions, simply telling me to “drive to the window” without clarifying the process. When I reached the window, the same employee began raising their voice, accusing me of skipping the line, even though I explained I was there to pick up a mobile order. I was seeking clarification on the process, not cutting ahead, but their attitude made the situation unnecessarily stressful.
This experience has left me hesitant to return to this location. I believe proper training in customer service is essential, and I urge you to address this matter to ensure a better experience for future customers.

I recently had an absolutely terrible experience at Starbucks that I feel compelled to share. First, I went through the drive-thru, and not only was my order completely wrong, but I was also charged for something I didn’t ask for. When I pointed it out to the staff, they were dismissive and rude. To make matters worse, the line was painfully long and moving incredibly slow. I ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes just to get to the window, only to be met with an inattentive employee who seemed more interested in rushing me through the transaction than actually fixing the mistake. The whole experience was frustrating, and I left feeling completely dissatisfied. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

This location is trash nothing taste good at all …. No effort here it’s so sad, I’ve never had a decent experience here … Miami Gardens Starbucks is way better I’ll drive the distance… Food & Drinks here are always cold and I never order cold drinks everrrrrr … MY POINT EXACTLY …. The linessssss are ridiculous… Please don’t come to this STARBUCKS ( 0 STARS IF I COULD )

Strawberry açaí refresher you have to work on it guys. If I get it from another Starbucks it would taste awesome, here it tastes different when is supposed to be the same

It was my first time at this establishment. Even though there was a TON of seating, the place was packed. I walked in and was welcomed by at least 3 different employees who were in the middle of their busy shift. The fact that they were literally full-stride in there job and still noticed I walked in AND genuinely greeted me felt great. I had no idea what the drink I wanted was called, but a very helpful gentlemen at the register pieced it together for me and didn't even mind that I called the drink by the wrong size. This team of staff, the ample seating, the atmosphere of people coming here to get work done, I really appreciated it all.
Edit: Less than 10 minutes after I wrote this one of the employees started passing out free samples of pumpkin cake and apple chai and it was delicious! I feel so lucky, lol.

Probably the friendliest, most efficient, consistent, enjoyable Starbucks I've been to. The staff is so welcoming and kind, they often come around with cool new drinks for you to sample, it's clean and comfortable and spacious. If they make a mistake, which is not often, they're happy to correct it. The way this place really elevates the whole experience and makes me enjoy working here for several hours. What a treat!
