1 Star. Absolutely disgraceful service.

I walked into this Subway at 9:40pm (they close at 10pm) and was treated like I’d committed a crime just for ordering food during business hours.

The woman working there, red hair and glasses, had already packed everything away and turned the oven off before closing time. From the second we walked in, her attitude was rude, cold, and openly hostile.

When she finally started making my sandwich, she put the smallest amount of chicken I have ever seen on a footlong, then immediately tried to put the rest back in the fridge. When I asked for more, she flat out refused until I said I would pay extra. At that point she started slamming things around like she was angry that I even asked.

She then told me I could not have it toasted because she had already turned the oven off, again 20 minutes before closing. The entire time she was aggressively slamming utensils, acting annoyed, and making it very clear she did not want customers.

To top it all off, she charged me extra for everything and somehow my footlong came to 22 dollars. No explanation, no apology, no professionalism.

I have worked in customer service. I understand bad days. But this was not that. This was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unacceptable behavior. If you do not want to serve customers during open hours, you should not be working the shift.

I will not be returning and management seriously needs to address this because this was one of the worst fast food experiences I have ever had.

Older lady, presumably the manager or owner, since she wasn’t in the standard subway uniform is a terrible human being.

I came in with a mobile order, she claimed I was at the wrong subway and they didn’t have it. Another employee had to go into the computer and pull it up for her.

She then was very rude to her employees, as one informed her he had to help his brother with a medical related issue at 5pm (it was 2:30pm when I heard the conversation). She got irritated with him, saying he couldn’t go until 9:30. He then continued working, cleaning the drink machine. Another customer came in and she complained that he needed to work, as she wasn’t “here to work.” All they wanted was a churro, a 30 second job she couldn’t bring herself to do without complaint.

If spending my money here lines her pockets, I will NOT be back.

I don't recommend this store AT ALL. It states online the restaurant closes at 10. After a hards day work, I placed an order at 8:45 pm on a Saturday. It stated pick up time was 9:15. As I arrived to the store at 9PM it's CLOSED. LIGHTS OFF NO ONE inside. But the app is stating it's preparing my order. I called the store next morning explained the issue. Worker tells me to come she'll remake it. As I pull into the parking lot. I get a call from the manager stating he can not service me, to call my bank and dispute the process. He was rude and unprofessional. And if the hours have changed it needs to be displayed and not allowed to place orders on line. Talking about eat fresh... I couldn't eat at ALL!!!

Just like any other Subway, nothing extraordinary. The place was clean and the ingredients seemed fresh. Something that caught my attention was that the POS now asks you to leave a tip...seriously?

Order online and they didn't send me all that I ordered and they didn't get my order right. Food isn't what I ordered. Recommended being sure on your online order when ordering from this Subway!

Always ordered online and had the same issue every single time .. they are different than any other subway store .. they don’t add the same amount of meat never … always smaller portion than any other store. I like subway but you won’t see me again in this location.

Horrible cheap and stingy with toppings. Review similar to others. Female owner changes price but is upset when you don't want to leave a tip. Hates taking subway coupons...rude to employees.
