I order thru doordash... Do yourself a favor and save your money, very very poor quality, I feel I was robe by this people, I order 1 Philly Steak and one ham, tosted and not even that they were able to do it right. Is better to order at Publix or other place

Overcharges customer knowingly. Ordered a protein bowl which should be footlong sub worth of meat in a bowl plus toppings. In my case 4 scoops of tuna. They only put 6 inch sub worth of meat (two scoops) in mine and when brought to their attention they mentioned their franchise only does half. Had to pay an extra $4 for the amount of meat you can get at literally any other subway for the included price. I wonder if Subway knows they’re stepping out of their portion models.

My wife called in an order to the subway shop and they got the order done incorrectly. I went to pick up the sandwich and I took the sandwich back and I was told flatly that there was nothing wrong with the sandwich and that the only thing is, they left off the cheese that we ordered and also they did not cut the sandwich in the four pieces. I asked the sandwich be remade and they refused to remake the sandwich the lady working there who told me she was an eight-year employee emphatically told me she would never remake a sandwich for me. The owner walked in while she was arguing with me loudly in front of other customers I told the owner that this was not good customer service and that I would never come back there to buy a sandwich or patronize that business ever again I think the young lady who made the sandwich which was fairly knew her think her first day at work, it was a poor example of how to take care of a customer in front of a new employee and I think this is a poorly ran subway shop. I do not recommend anyone go there to patronize this business.

I recently found out by a worker that when tips are given by card on the machine, the employee doesn't receive them. I think that is stealing and unfair. Upon walking into just about every location, there is only one, if lucky 2, employee working. The least you could do is give them their tips.
I went to this place just now and the service was horrible I went to purchase 2 foot long B.M.T sandwich and was trying to charge me 43 dollars how insane…Franquel was the rudest person ever I asked for her name and the other lady said said no I’m not giving you her name she is right there ask her I have never been talked to so rude..this is definitely not customer service, I’m in patient care and I could never do such a thing..horrible place please don’t visit!!

Michelle was incredible, super attentive and very willing to learn Spanish, I felt very comfortable and the experience with her specifically was pleasant.

The store closes at 10pm and I arrived at 9:36pm. The doors were locked and there were no employees in sight.

I was refused service at 9:47pm when the sign clearly showed that they closed at 10:00pm. I was extremely disappointed considering that I have been going to this Subway for well over 10 years.
