On nov 21 went to subway on my break around 4. They had a line with 5 people. I only purchased chips. They had 2 girls. I said to the one making subs to call the other girl over. This girl would not respond. They are very rude......

Ordered online and brought my sub home and took a bite only to find it had no cheese, sauce, or bacon (apparently they only put bacon on half of the sub). Went back and the lady gave me attitude saying they don’t have provolone as if it were my fault for ordering it. Common sense would be to inform the customer before giving it to them. Long story short the service is bad.

The people who work at this store is very disrespectful the lady I asked to make a pizza I asked if she could chop the bell peppers and she told me no and gave me attitude till I walked away very disrespectful horrible service they need to shut the place down. Meanwhile the manager was present said nothing and they all carried on in their native dialect.

**Negative review for Subway:**
My experience at Subway today was extremely frustrating. I arrived at the store with the intention of ordering a quick sandwich, but to my surprise, I was informed that I had to wait because there were three online orders that had priority over customers who were physically in the establishment.
Oh really? Are in-person customers now less important than online orders? It seems like a terrible customer service policy to me. There was no one else waiting in the store, and I still had to stand while they prepared orders that weren't even for anyone present.
The staff showed no intention to expedite the process or offer a sincere apology. They just left me waiting. If this is Subway's new standard of service, I definitely won't go back. There are many other options where they value customers who are physically on the premises more.
I do not recommend this place if you are looking for fast and efficient service. Very disappointing!

Very bad attention from the employees, they should change the ladies today, January 26, 2025, they serve very poorly, they delay with orders, they do not want to give you answers, very bad experience, I do not recommend this place
These people are thieves. I ordered on the SUBWAY® app. They didn’t have what I ordered. They didn’t even return my money or say hey you can come back another day. The lady just act like she couldn’t help me at all. I’ve been calling to rectify the problem to no avail. I’ve never had such bad service in my life!

Store says it’s open until 11pm and I arrived at 9:58 pm. The employee said that they’re closed for the day. When I told her that it says the hours are until 11 she said this store closes at 10pm.

I tried to use a coupon for a footlong meal that would only cost 10 dollars. I tried to get my usually spicy Italian sandwich with it but I was only told ham turkey for the coupon when I used for my main sandwich everywhere else just fine. The lady was rude and I heard a child talking in the back as well while eating, she shouldnt being her child to work that's illegal. Worst subway ever.
