I ordered 3 subs online for 5:30 and when i got there 5:15 they were already closing. when i called next day and explained what happened previous day, they said i need to call 1800. they told me they closed at 6 previous day. i told them i was there at 5:15 and it was closed. not ordering from them again.

I rarely eat fast food but once upon a time I used to frequent this Subway now and then... but I stopped because I thought it was uncomfortable when I keeping hearing the staff yelling curse words; granted it was done in a friendly banter kinda way. I'm no saint and I tend to curse a bit too, but I don't yell it in a place of business and I certainly wouldn't in front of guests/strangers... But that was a long time ago (3-4 years ago).... Today I am back for the first time in a long time... I was immediately greeted by a worker making a sub... it looked good and the place was clean and the condiments looked fresh and the knives looked wiped... even the guy looked sharp... A different guy come out to make my sub... not as welcoming and he looked kinda sloppy. I ordered a sandwich and he forgot what I ordered after about 20 seconds... I actually found that kinda funny and not contributing to the 2 star rating. He made my sub (and it looked good)... I got the register and said it was "to eat here" and he shrugged as if there was a problem. I guess he thought I "MUST" have it in a basket and not wrapped so I said you can keep it wrapped, it's just food I'm going to eat. And I asked for a cup to get water. Should have cost about 6 dollars about he charged me 8 instead.... I inquired why so much and he was charging me for a cup; I told him I don't want a water cup, just a water cup. He said they charge for a water cup... I told him everywhere gives water cups and he shrugged and gestured with his hands to say "do you want or do you not want"... I opted to pass... 2 dollars for a water cup; that is just ridiculous. AND THEN.... as I ate my lunch, the same guy began to talk (loud, kind of like yelling) with a co-worker and a friend that came in... there are those curses I missed so very much... and while you're at it, could you play some really bad music as loud as your mobile phone will play all distorted... cursing and crappy sounding music while I eat my sub... all while being parched !
