Please get it right. The food is not good. Sushi is not made properly and doesn’t take fresh or like the other locations I usually get it from. Why is the ginger pink and no salad given. It’s my first time at this location and I very much regret it. It gives the brand a bad name. Then he’s gonna tell me that maybe I order a variation of it at the other spot. If I had know it’d be this horrible, I’d have gotten publix’s. I’ve been eating Sishi sake for over 5 years and never had a complaint till now

Very bad experience. A sushi item from the order I placed was missing. When I got home, I realized the mistake and immediately called the restaurant.
The person who answered the phone did not apologize at all; they simply said that the sushi “is here” and that I could come back to pick it up. The restaurant was practically empty, so there was no excuse for either the mistake or the attitude.
This was poor work on their part, both in handling the order and in customer service. When a business makes a mistake, the least they should do is acknowledge it and apologize. That did not happen here.
In any restaurant, when there is a mistake like this, a refund is usually offered as a courtesy. However, the manager said they could not refund the money today, which makes no sense to me. I do not understand what kind of system they have, but the lack of a simple solution only showed poor management and customer service.

Placed an order to go, but I feel like I should have ate there to get the full experience and enjoy the ambiance. When I got home, everything was good. The service at the restaurant was exceptional as well, would definitely go back. Id give this place a 4 out of 5.
Update: I went back for my daughters birthday. We had a better experience dinning in although it did take awhile for us to be served. Once we were served though, we recieved good foos portions and excellent customer service!

Our first time at Sushi Sake in Miramar, and it was an absolute blast! We’re definitely coming back. Our waiter, Kevin, recommended three incredible rolls that we’re totally hooked on. The service was top-notch, and the food was absolutely delicious. It was an experience we won’t forget!
