I've been going to this tacobell for 5+ years and if you are to go inside its always been 5-10min to get your food but as I am in the drive through right now... its always 30min to get your food. I made my order online at 10pm. Its pushing 10:30pm and ive still been waiting. Haven't even talked to a human yet. I still go here bcuz I still like fake Mexican food. But if you gonna order from here dont come at nighttime. There's only 2ppl working and one of them is on their phone 24/7

Taco Bell brought back the apple empanada. When I thought they were discontinuing them, I frantically went to every Taco Bell in broward county and bought them all. They are my absolute favorite !!!!❤️

Staff was working but everyone including the manager were I'm slow motion. Drive thru was backed up for 10 to 15 minutes during my dine in experience. No one greats you. Just 2 kiosks and you get to figure them out now. Thise kiosks need to go. Saying hello, thank you is what a business needs. 20 minute out the door kiosk wait time, manager dies nothing to help even use the cash register they still have to move the lines quicker. Very small parking lot and very small inside sir down area. Even a line waiting for the restroom. Manager yelled at the young man 3x about too much cheese in my pintos and cheese. Then walked over with no gloves and took cheese out of the already made pintos and cheese. Very disappointed in her actions on Tuesday 9-9-25. This needs to be corrected. $19 for 3 taco supreme combo which is only a drink, cinnamon twists and pintos n cheese with no red sauce. They don't- subtract an item you don't want from the cost but charge you .90 cents for a teaspoon of sour cream on a pintos n cheese. What happened Taco Bell, crazy prices now on your menu. Very disappointing visit.

The food is always a hit or miss. One day it could be good and the next day it could be bad. It all depends on who is in the back cooking. Today's visit was okay, the meat was a little too watery, which caused my tacos to be soft and break. Overall, it's an okay place to go and eat:-)
