Customer service sucks. The girls were screaming at the speaker and had a nasty attitude towards my friend and I for no reason because we asked for more time to look at the menu. They ended up giving us some really small looking “medium” cups. When we went inside to double check and ask if they were the right size the girl said “idk I just work here” and said that the cup sizes appear smaller because it’s a joint Taco Bell and KFC. My food was good though. Customer service sucks.

Worse Taco Bell I have ever been to. I had a free coupon for a taco that was given to me at this location and when I went back to use it they said I couldnt get the free taco the manager and drive through person need to go get a different job because they definitely have the worse customer service. And definitely need to learn how to read because the coupon doesn’t say u need to purchase something then the manager tells me to go to another Taco Bell Worse fast food restaurant hands down

Normally the chicken is great. But on this day I noticed a new manager and the chicken tasted and looked like yesterday's refried chicken. The was also another customer returning his entire meal from the previous day. Can we have the prior management back please.

Custom service sucks..... placed my order at the speaker the lady at the mic was super snappy I said ok nevermind she said ok bye. I pulled up to the window like hey pooh are you ok her ATTITUDE WAS HORRIBLE the shift manager stepped in she still was talking crap to him after he asked her to stop. She then got on her phone and was still talking about it with me there and JOHNNY couldn't do anything with her. Very rude and unprofessional. I will not never go back to this place as long as she is there. I wish I could give it at 0 not a 1 star

Unfortunately you can only order through self order/ check out. Its hard to get an employee to assist. I'm disabled and have a hard time punching in the order, It takes me forever. I'll just mosey on down to Taco Bell on university dr.
Also the portions in this location are small and charge if you want extra , where the other locations do it right the first time. Also there's never enough employees.

Scammers work here be aware!! They charged me 3 times...
I used the drive through at this location and i gave the cashier my card, 3 mins passed by so i had a gut feeling something was going on especially because they closed the window on me. When I check my transactions i find that I was overcharged and when I went inside to see why, the manager started acting nervous along with the cashier. Soon as the manager seen I wasn't letting off he said the two extra charges will disappear within 72 hours which was a lie.
