I’m not one to write a bad review even if it is warranted but this deserves attention! Long story short o went through the drive thru ordered a crispy chicken burrito got home and it was hard/burnt. Went back and was met with an attitude as if I did something wrong. The girl took the food closed the window brought back another one, which was not what I ordered, then handed it to me and closed the window. No apology didn’t ask what I had or anything. It’s not like I wanted something free I just wanted what I paid for!

The people were so disrespectful, employees were sitting in the lobby on her phone. Drive threw was closed terrible experience didn't even say hi how can I help you just looked up as we stood there. Only 2 people opening? Come on do better.

I want the say that i go here a couple of times and never had a problem . Theres always a guy there super nice taking orders . But went today and had this black girl drive thru . Super rude ! Look angry at the world for no reason . Was ordering and she kept saying anything else after everything i order with a attitude . as if shes rushing us and having a attitude that im ordering couple of things . Not happy at all . If you hate ur job fund something else to do ..

Rude staffing. The women in here in particular, always seem to have an attitude and like to cut me off at the mic. I’m a paying customer and their job is to listen to what I’m saying, not rush me. One of these days, somebody’s gonna take a picture of them and post them on here. But don’t worry, I’ll make the drive to university for better service everytime!!
Food is USUALLY on point. Sometimes when they're in a big rush they just slap together burritos and crunch wraps all unevenly with all the food pushed to onenside and the other side a big air pocket. But most of the time everything is made fresh and hot. Good service generally friendly staff,, although that has varied over the years.
I got food poisoning here. Y’all please stay away from this place!!!

I bought 2 chalupa combos. The mango iced tea tasted like water, so I asked for the dragon fruit tea - tasted like seltzer water. Didn't feel like asking them to redo my drinks yet again. Got home (not far) and the chalupas were cold - tasty, but cold. Pretty disappointing after spending $28. The guy at the window was nice though. If I go back, I'll just be sure to go inside and request fresh food and drinks that are not watered down.
