Food is USUALLY on point. Sometimes when they're in a big rush they just slap together burritos and crunch wraps all unevenly with all the food pushed to onenside and the other side a big air pocket. But most of the time everything is made fresh and hot. Good service generally friendly staff,, although that has varied over the years.

I bought 2 chalupa combos. The mango iced tea tasted like water, so I asked for the dragon fruit tea - tasted like seltzer water. Didn't feel like asking them to redo my drinks yet again. Got home (not far) and the chalupas were cold - tasty, but cold. Pretty disappointing after spending $28. The guy at the window was nice though. If I go back, I'll just be sure to go inside and request fresh food and drinks that are not watered down.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I normally don’t write reviews specially not on this Taco Bell that I bearly ever have issues with. I stopped coming here for the expired or bad fried hard tacos. The tacos literally taste like they have been either fried with expired oil or they have been sitting somewhere for too long, I can’t describe it but it’s something nasty! I went back today after some time since that was happening with the tacos and it was the same thing same taste, management needs to come here or someone needs to go there and investigate because this is not normal and is not something that has always happened it started a couple of months ago maybe 2. This location is always empty this was one of the main reasons why my bf and I would always come here, so I don’t understand the reason on why the chalupas bearly have any ingredients inside, they are being nasty and greedy. I don’t know what is going on but this needs to be fixed specially in such a nice location I don’t know what is going on.

I ordered from here with Uber Eats. Delivery was on time however the rolled chicken tacos, nachos and chalupa feel like they were reheated. The meat in the chalupa and rolled tacos was dry and the tortilla was stale yet crispy, for both. I'd expect the main items from the promotion to be edible but it's toasted cardboard. Worked out great for the nachos! Cinnabon iced coffee and beefy 5 layer didn't disappoint so I give you that.

Never seen a staff that could careless. Prior to ordering on the kiosk, the staff manager included. Using profane language like if they were not at work. No respect at all. I place my order & sit down for about 12 minutes when someone comes and asked for my order. I advised that I ordered about 12 mins ago. The young lady seemed bothered, but helped to confirm order. Once again not caring she hands me the cup for soda. I looked at her and said that the repair guy is working on the machine. I had to repeat myself 4 times because she did not care to listen. The manager is there and not willing to offer any help. I think the owner needs to review videos and double check their books because the staff is giving out freebies to friends. First & Last Time I will be attending this specific location.

I couldn’t make it up, if I tried! & if I didn’t have the proof I don’t think no one would believe me…. Ask for diablo sauce, got mild & ordered a soft taco, got hard. And if I didn’t check the bag I wouldn’t have any sauce, didn’t put anything! Seem as someone cant follow their own directions. Make sure you check your order before you leave

Horrible customer service. They gave me my quesadilla without laying it down. It was all smashed up and not enjoyable. And we had to go around the drive-thru twice and wait 7 extra minutes because they got the customer that was in front of our order's wrong.

Look im not giving taco bell 5 stars for party pack tacos. I'm giving it to this store cause they very friendly and quick. Can't contest to the inside at cause at the window they were great and handled my large order perfectly.
