I’m not usually the one to take the time and write reviews, but this was absolutely unacceptable. My husband and I ordered food here today, and we found a ROACH in our salad. We have photos because we honestly couldn’t believe it ourselves.
On top of that, it took the manager over 10 minutes to even come see us, which made the situation feel even worse. This is a serious health and sanitation issue, and the lack of urgency was extremely disappointing.
I really hope management takes this seriously and addresses the cleanliness and customer service immediately. No customer should ever have to deal with something like this.

Food was good. These places are all consistently busy so expect to wait or join the waiting list for a less stressful check in. I've never had anything I didn't like when going to any Texas roadhouse location. Its no 5 star steak house but the food is definitely good and the price is not too ridiculous either.

Our first time here and the manager Danielle came to the table and was super nice, and gave us a free app on our next visit! Our server Erik was very friendly, helpful, and took amazing care of us. Word to the wise though.. Tuesday night is kids night…
My steak came out cold the first time and had to send it back. The second one not that far from being cold. My friend order a chicken caesar salad and the was steaming. Definitely not happy with the kitchen and the food runners. Don't know if I would come back.

I was in a rush so I had to leave, but god forbid a woman is trying to save money in today’s economy. do better, i expected more from you guys…
