Very disappointed with the service. It took over 30 minutes to prepare a simple order of salad, rice, and chicken kabobs. At one point I wondered if they went to the Middle East to get them. Because of the delay, I wasn’t even able to eat inside before they closed. (I guess that was their tactics) I’ve been to enough kebab places to know this is usually pre-made and only takes a few minutes. I was also the only customer there, aside from two Uber orders. Then after all the delays ,they couldnt get the order right, paid for extra protein never received and everything was wrong , 2 people in the kitchen and 1 in the front speaking to her bf and couldnt get the order correct !!!! Definitely not the experience I expected. Would definitely not come back nor recommend.

The worst first experience ever , first they fixed my gyro recommended by one of the employees with no meat in it ok cool a mistake so I take it back the girl said I’ll give you your protein on the side ??? Remake please ok boom they remake it how they wanted to nothing I asked for was inside of it the wrong sauce no saffron rice lol and smallest amount of meat possible never again baby

We have lunch at this location every other week, always excellent.
We choose catering for a family gathering, and the experience was amazing, the customer service was outstanding, the food price was reasonable for the quantity served, and the food quality and taste superb.
We highly recommend for catering as well.

They closed my favorite kebab shop a few months ago, tried a few other places and was disappointed. Decided to give this place a go and the whole family is passed out on the couch in a food coma. Thank God it’s Saturday because noone is moving tomorrow. 15/10 , the dill sauce is bonkers good. Doner was the size of my kids head and his head is huge

It was my first time here and it was a great experience. The food is fresh and delicious, the staff friendly, and the interior is very clean and polished. There are several homemade sauces to try from, so take your pick. It was a great first time experience.

The freshness here is unmatched.. also the black girl with the dreads and Columbian cook are my favorite people .. very personable and very polite and gives in to the customer… even if I order to go <~~ they know my order and make sure it’s perfect.. Noticed this place while walking through the plaza looking for a new lunch spot. I placed an order and realized I ordered the wrong meal. The gentleman, who I believe is the manager, fixed it for me with no hesitation. Super friendly cashier and excellent customer service. I really appreciated the kindness and quick help. I’ll definitely be back!

OMG out of a very few of those WOW 1st time spots, The Kebab Shop was and is amazing, from their friendly staff, educated on all that's sold here, plus making suggestions in order to get the desired yummy meals we had. I recommend the entire menu but obviously not everything can be eaten at once, so try them out you will not regret it.
