I used to love getting the wing dinner here: They always lasted me two meals because the chicken was huge but this time they were smaller than the size of my pinky and a bit burnt. Barely any meat on them and they upped the price to $18. Sides were good but quality definitely went down. They also forgot my mac and cheese I paid extra for :/

I thought I’d give this spot a try but I received some shocking service. I was the only one in line and the store manager seemed to have been doing something on the computer. She went back to the kitchen and then after came back to the cashier area where I was waiting, but she didn’t say anything and I just waited until I realize she’s on social media scrolling away. She didn’t acknowledge me so I just walked out. Looking at the previous reviews, the same store manager gives the customers a bad experience. I’m just glad I didn’t spend a penny here.

Food is great! The service when you come is a hit or miss. I went around 1pm, not busy, no one in line however the young lady behind the counter (Aries/manager) sat on her phone for minutes before even looking at me to take my order. Once she looked up at me I asked was she ready and she gave me an attitude as if yes of course! Service like this will limit my visits to this place.

Order through website that allowed us to order 2 sides of Mac N Cheese. Went to the store to pick-up and Manager abrasively told me that they cannot honor the order of 2 sides of Mac n Cheese. Don't understand how a large company would rather loose a potential life time customer over $2.00 side of Mac n Cheese. Also the Lady who claims to be the manager of the Miramar location is doing a great Job of damaging your Brand and Product. Definitely left a nasty taste of customer Service.

For $18 I expected better quality. Mac and cheese was burnt, wings and string beans were average. Customer service was poor. Asked the lady at the counter what sides they had and was told to “look at the menu”. Very unprofessional.
The conch was extremely hard and the mac and cheese was extremely salty what happened to the licking has ownership changed

I’m visiting from out of state and was craving conch, the fried conch was a bit salty. Girl with the thick eyelashes who took the order had a negative vibe and made the experience disappointing.

Despite a line, she took the time to recommend the fried turkey wing dinner with candied yams, pigeon peas and rice, and a side of the famous mystery drink. I devoured the whole plate and slept like a baby!

If you are looking for a place to get some good food and with really large portions.This is your place.The atmosphere is very chilled and relaxed and was very clean.The associates were very friendly and welcoming. The food was good but I myself am not a huge fan of extra seasoning and that really didn’t take away from my experience.We bought two dinners and one mystery drink and we definitely weren’t disappointed.The Miramar location is a must go to if ever in the Miami area.
