This experience was awful normally my significant other and I go to the licking every time we are in town in Miami and the Miramar location was the worst we ever been too not only was the service bad but also the food and when we walked in there was absolutely no AC and the bathrooms were disgusting.Aries the store manager made the experience 10x worse not only did it take her 10minutes to notice we were waiting to order but her attitude was horrible then right before our food was ready to pack which was her job to do she left and drove her car to the back of the building when then a whole line was waiting to order and our food getting cold that someone else from the back had to help me. I had to go back in for some utensils that weren’t put in my bag as I was waiting a women in front of me was taking the order and Aries decided to stop the order to take a personal call. I have never in the food industry seen this after waiting I got my utensils and went back to the car to eat the pasta was watery which has neverrrrrr happened to us and the fries tasted stale and my shrimp had a couple peppers and onions not even close to what the other locations has served us the food is the only reason we come back! Over all will never come back to the Miramar location if I could give it zero stars I would.

The restaurant has potential, but it falls short in a few areas. The staff seemed unenthusiastic, and the prices were high for what you got – especially the wings, which were small and expensive. I ended up spending a lot and still had to eat somewhere else because I was still hungry. The person taking my order wasn't friendly and didn't want to help when I asked about the menu. The food was okay, but I've had better for less money. Overall, the food is decent, but the service and prices need improvement. This is a hard pass for me.

I ordered grilled snapper, collard greens and steamed broccoli ? also seafood rice.Well my fish was EXTREMELY SALTY the greens had to be Glory or something out of a can, and the broccoli ?was sitting in a lot of water or some type of liquid for the price that I paid for this meal I was not PLEASED AT ALL. My son had the chicken tenders and french fries which was way better absolutely great and fresh

LOST ALMOST $ 90 $ THEY CHARGED ME ONLINE WHILE THE STORE WAS ACTUALLY CLOSED AND REFUSED TO JUST GIVE US OUR FOOD WE PAID FOR MY BANK SAID THEY GOT PAID ..YET THEY WOULDN'T HELP US SENDING US TO 2 3RD PARTIES!! My first time here and I have to say that the food was beyond my expectations!! Extremely tasty and fresh food. The Yams and collard greens make for a great combination of mixing the slaty and sweet in one plate. My taste buds were happy this day haha. The chicken wings were perfect. My husband ordered the the fish tacos and the fried chicken egg roll, we share our meals to taste a little bit of everything and his picks were soo good .
