This is not a Cuban Sandwich. It's more of a pork sandwich with 2 thin slices of ham (not thick Virginia) & Swiss. They ask if you want pickles, mayo, ketchup & mustard. A Cuban takes a "brush" of mustard and pickles. That's it. They drenched it in mustard! Enough for 10 sandwiches. Disappointed, to say the least. Far from a Cuban Sandwich! The ambiance is beautiful, service leaves a lot to be desired. Pastelito de guayaba was good.

I had to come on here and share that the last few times I have gotten food from Vicky (lifelong customer to this franchise), I have been disappointed. Specifically, we ordered a ham and cheese croissant which had a tiny piece of ham and an even tinier slice of cheese (also no syrup on the croissant, super dry). The croquettas are also lacking. What is going on???

This my third time and last one, costumer service is terrible.
I had the bfast with tostada, which was not crispy at all, my eggs that I wanted over easy, were over cooked. I think they rushed the food, when the store wasnt that busy, and it affected the finished product. I think the fries were the best and the cafe con leche.. the croquettes weren't that great either, and for the price and not good food, I won't be back.

Lasmin took our order for a cake and ham/pimiento sandwiches. We asked to have Feliz Cumplaños Sergio written on the cake and after waiting a few minutes she comes out with the cake saying Happy Birthday Sergio. This server made us feel like we were doing her a favor being there. When we voiced how we felt she said it’s not her fault we came in in a bad mood. Obviously no customer service skills. Instead of trying to deescalate the situation she became defensive. We spoke with a manger who said she would speak with her. I hope so she has a lot to learn. Not sure if I would return.

I have been a customer since the store opened and I can say service and quality is not the same. The lady at the cash register today at 130 pm has no customer service skill not manners starting from greeting to dispatching the food. She left my bread on the toaster (no one else at store) and was on her social media I had to remind her of my food and drink. She was bother by it. The tran there used to receive you with a smile and was helpful. Today was the worst. Please train your team on customer service and to be approachable they are the first face of your company.
