I only ordered fries thru the kiosk, and it took a long time for my order to be filled. The fries weren't very hot. Additionally, an employee was rude to a customer whose order was incorrect. That was very unprofessional.

The staff member at the window didn’t even greet us with a simple “good morning.” The overall experience lacked the level of hospitality we expect when dining at Wendy’s. I ordered a single with cheese combo no onions I got a dried up hard double burger with onions cold fries. I tried calling the store several times no answer but I will be emailing there corporate office because I work to hard for my money for them to give me a bag of trash they had sitting there.
