they forgot my chicken sandwich combos when i ordered online.. called 4 times between today & yesterday & was left on hold for hours. speaking of online ordering, they take SO long to deliver. i live 7 minutes from the wingstop & it takes an hour to deliver.

This wingstop is absolutely horrible. They never have the order ready. Ordered online, said 20 minutes, we gave it 45 minutes and still had to wait an extra 20 minutes in the store. It's absolute ridiculous. Chicken is not cooked how you specify. I don't know if they need more employees or what?!?! Never again though! Go to 441, they are way better then this location!

It is VALENTINES DAY!! My kids requested wings from here and since my husband and I have a horrible cold we agreed! How about the rude little brat working the front counter had EVERYONE waiting for a very long time. I ordered my food over an hour ago so it would be ready when I arrived and it was not!

Don't waste your time. Extreme wait time, expect to wait another 25-30 minutes after your scheduled pick up time when placing and paying for online order

We ordered a 15pc wings meal. THEY HAD US WAITING FOR 30 MINUTES FOR SOME STUPID WINGS. The lemon pepper flavored ones were fine, the hot honey ones, disgusting. A lot of hot, no honey. The fries AWFUL. Bland, soggy and disgusting. Would never come back.

Wingstop is one of the first restaurants to really change my opinion through consistently improving the food and ancillary offers. The wing choices and the sauces have only gotten better in my opinion. This specific location however did take a bit of time with my order. I could tell they may have been a bit short staffed so I don't want to hold it against them too much but they weren't full and I ordered ahead of time so my expectation was to just pick up and go.
This place has to be the worst Service around, i ordered 30 pcs wings and 3 french fries for delivery and i just received 20 pcs and 1 fries, i called to make the complaint and they started yelling at me for no reason, WORST SERVICE

This wingstop is ghetto, go to the one on flamingo they have a little bit higher prices but its worth it, you never have to wait an hour for your food, and deal with rude employees that hate their job

This is the worst Wingstop in this area, please DO NOT GO..I have twice suffered from food poisoning first time I let it go but last night was horrible. I ordered atomic wings and the order took a long time to come, when I noticed the quality and quantity of the wings I immediately went to the cashier . There were 4 wings missing and the wings were are dried out most orobably because they have been sitting there for god knows how many hours.I went to the cashier and showed her the order and she said well they just cooked it fresh and she said she doesn't think there were any mising wings but she would add 4 to the order told me to wait. After about 20 odd minutes I get the 4 wings which were missing in the same horrible state as the other wings but I was too hungry and tired to go back and complain. I ate them went home and as soon as I went to sleep I had this uneasiness in my stomach feeling to puke all over have been awake all night and have puked thrice and had to go to the toilet 4 times. This is the worst food ever and the quality and hospitality of the staff sucks they don't give a damn about you . It's thanksgiving weekend and I have to rush to find an emergency care because I am having constant abdominal cramps and stomach pain. The vomiting doesn't go away . I can't even get myself to drink a glass of water and am severely dehydrated. I want to complain about food handling and food safety issues at this particular Wingstop I went to their website contact us page but won't open up.i hope people read reviews trust me there are a million other places to go do yourself and your family a big favor and don't go here. Any other suggestions for complaining about food quality please let me know in the reviews because i am not gonna let this one slide for sure.
