Do not order delivery from this location. They force the delivery drivers who are not food prep trained, and who’s hands aren’t washed, To make you drink and place a lid on your drink.

Isaiah was the attendant who took our phone order and was quite professional and knowledgeable. He even repeated the order for correctness.
Once I stopped by to pick up the order, I was greeted in the most professional and welcoming manner by what seemed to be the entire team, Britney, Isaiah, Alonzo, Chrissy, Sabrina and Zee.
I've been in Property Management as well as Sales and Customer Service for years and know an outstanding group of teammembers when I see one. Chrissy, who I believe was the Shift Manager last night - (1.13.2026) and her teammembers are all a great asset to the WingStop family and should receive accolades in your next team/focus meeting.

The cashier, Isaiah, provided excellent customer service. He was polite, attentive, and very precise. He repeated my order back to me and ensured everything was accurate. Overall, the service was professional and well-organized. This Wingstop location has been the best one I’ve visited recently, and the experience was noticeably better than others.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. Before arriving, I attempted to place a phone order and was left on hold for 21 minutes. When I walked in, I was not greeted, and a cook asked if I was there for a pickup order. I explained to the cashier, Christine, that I had been on hold for 21 minutes.
Christine, who identified herself as the manager on shift, put the caller she was speaking with on hold and asked me, in an unpleasant tone, “What happened?” When I explained again that I had been on hold for 21 minutes, she held up the restaurant phone and told me that no one was on hold—despite me showing her my phone still connected.
Instead of helping me, she chose to take the phone customer’s order first. When I expressed frustration, she told me she would only take my order after finishing with the person on the phone.
Being treated this way by a manager is completely unacceptable, and because of this experience, I will not be visiting this location again.
