Waited for over and hour and half for my food after having a set pick up time . No manager is on duty the employees curse and use no food safety or sanitation at all . I’m disgusted with this place I can’t believe their management hasn’t done a thing about this .

This is the worst place to order food the wait was literally 1:17 ( one hour and 17 minutes)when this order was made online they said it would be 13-21 minutes everything was horrible they need to hire more people and the lemon pepper ?️ wings were soooooooo SALTY I know my blood pressure went sky high I couldn't even eat them it's a big fat 0 for me

Worst location ever, don’t even try to order at that location. Wait time 40m extra of what you actually have to wait, employees without gloves and touching hair, electronic devices, food was cold after waited 40 minutes.

Absolutely horrible! I placed a delivery order at 6:30 and didn't get it until 8:15. Half of the order was missing, the food was cold and sodas were flat. They're terrible! They don't care and I'm never ordering from them again!

I read all the the bad reviews before ordering my food hoping I was going to be lucky and get my food without any issues but I was wrong. Ordered and paid for pick up online at 1055pm and got my order at 1135pm. Per the email receipt my order was going to be ready between 16 to 21 mins. The wait time could've been worse even though they were busy but what made me give this place a 2 star rating is that the chicken wings SUCKED!!! I ordered original hot and lemon pepper but they just didn't taste good, the chicken could've been cooked a little more to give it that crispy taste. The fries also didn't have any flavor they barely added seasoning. I wasn't satisfied after I was done eating. ?
