We had to wait to be seated even though there were over 10 empty tables. The staff explained that the kitchen was backed up, but we still weren’t allowed to sit and had to wait standing. About 10 minutes after we were finally seated, a kind server came to take our drink order. They brought 3 out of the 4 drinks, and the fourth one didn’t arrive until about 15 minutes later. It took another 15 minutes after that for someone to come take our food order.
We waited over 40 minutes for our meals, and when we were done eating, we had to stand up and walk over to the counter to pay because no one came by. At that point, we had been there for about 2 hours — most of which was just waiting. We probably could have walked out and no one would have noticed.
This place has potential, but on a busy Friday night, they clearly need more staff to handle the volume.

It was a good experience very clean and the furniture is actually cozy. Great place to hang with friends, they have a 99 cents per wing on Wednesdays. I recommend the lemon pepper flavor and it came out quick. The drinks are somewhat on the sweeter side but the prices are good. Although the atmosphere there is really cold so bring a sweater. Overall good experience!

Best service we’ve had since the place opened. Clearly something changed for the better. Our server Pamela was extremely attentive, our drinks were never empty, our table was cleared promptly. She was very professional and had a great attitude and we loved every second of our experience. We always came to WOB because it was convenient though the service was never good but whatever is happening now, has made a great difference and now looking forward to come to WOB more often and ask for Pamela every time!
