I had to wait for a table even though I made a reservation. Also, even though the server was good, she forgot to serve the green tea that came with the meal. It was my first time receiving the birthday treatment from the restaurant, although I had been there before. Please know the service was good the server was kind and accommodating.

It literally took too much time to be seated. It then took over an hour to finally get a cook to come to the hibachi after complaining about the wait. My reservation was for 7and we weren't seated until 8:30. Two tables that were seated after us had been provided cooks. We didn't leave until close to 11pm. Never again!

I originally came to take advantage of the Hibachi Turkey. I clicked the link in the email and made the reservation. Little did i know the email link was for a normal reservation. The waiter failed to properly explain how to take part in the Turkey special. I asked for chicken fried rice with shrimp and add wagu australian steak. Instead she ordered 2 meals $63 pp and i realized at check out that she had no ifea what she was doing. This was the worst benihana experience iv had in over a decade of attending.

Excellent experience and excellent food. The cook we had his name was Brian wow what an excellent presentation and excellent service. He went above and beyond. The food was cooked to perfection. Can't ask for a better cook. I had the turkey for the first time and highly recommend.

Food was great. The chef was amazing. The table service was good. We love eating here. We don't go as often as we might. One thing I have never been able to understand that happens consistently every time we go to any Benihana is why it takes so long from the time you sit down to the time the soup is served. The table is split between customers. First one order is taken. Then the server leaves only to come back 10 minutes later to take the other order. Then one drink order is delivered. Ten minutes later the second drink order. Then at least another 10 minutes goes by before the soup is delivered. From there, the service and food are always consistently very good. My advice, don't arrive really hungry.

For the last two visits, I've immediately gotten stomach issues after eating the food here. Not sure if they've changed something or added new ingredients because I don't remember feeling like this immediately after eating their food. These two visits have been within the last year

It's not hard to see why this Benihana is dead on a Friday night. My kids chicken fingers came raw and once we sent them back we didn't get them back until we were all completely done eating our entire hibachi meal. Service was as bad as it can get...it took forever to point out the fingers were raw and then forever for a refill or anything else we needed. We tried to get the managers attention who was at the host stand chatting away forever with several staff members but we did not succeed. She never took the time to look over at our table much less come by to see how our dinner went. Super disappointing evening

Making the reservation was easy. They responded quickly and assisted me quickly when we arrived. I enjoyed the food however, the ambiance was okay. I did not give it a 5 star because the chef was boring and didn't do any tricks. His opening trick was spinning the spatula and he dropped it and didn't do another trick.

Food, service, etc. was very good, however it is quite expensive. Unfortunately it would have to be once a year.

Very nice dinner setting. Waiter was very nice and professional. Chef Tak did a good job with the food. My only critique is he could have cut the fat on the NY strip. I ended up getting some pieces with fat on it instead of steak I could digest. Other than that the food and service was very good. I enjoyed my birthday dinner. Im glad Benihana is finally changing the membership program but unfortunately it doesn't effect this year's offer of a $30 off dining which doesn't help. The prices of menu items have skyrocketed and the email offers they were sending for birthdays didnt even cover a entree. Didn't like the fact I had to sign up again for the new program. Hope it's worth it.

Party of 3. Loved the food! Chef was ok but a little stiff. Upon entering I waited over 10 minutes before being acknowledged. Our server was very nice. Restaurant needs to be renovated and cleaned. It's in a stage of decline. Ripped chairs. Dirty carpeting. Grill areas look really dated. In red letters on the front door it says "proper attire required" Benihana needs to start enforcing this because this neglect is also part of the decline. I miss the level of class and sophistication this establishment once held.

Everything was good: The server The chef The food The show Friend rice, shrimp, onion soup and tea. That's the norm for Benihanas.

Took my family for a Tuesday evening surprise dinner at Benihana‘s in Miramar, been there 100 times always enjoyed myself very disappointed on this particular night the hibachi chef, had the personality of a rock, did not engage with none of the guest, she really looked and acted like she did not want to be there. Not the kind of experience that you pay for when going to Benihana‘s it's not so much the food it's the experience. It's the showmanship and it's the interaction with the chef and the guest on this day. None of this Took place Manager came and only apologized, but I still got the full bill With no consideration to the poor experience that we endured. Whoever hired this chef should've seen that they have no place dealing with customers, I guess that was a Benihana desperate hire.

Over all it was a typical experience at the Beni's. Service was slow - maybe not enough servers. Price was expensive for simple hibachi.
