The quality of Benihana has drastically changed . The chef was very aggressive and not friendly . The food portions were extremely small . However the price was extremely High . A kids meal and adult plate was $115 . The food wasn't even enough for one serving . I am very disappointed the food tasted burnt my filet mignon was over cooked and my scallops . Also I noticed the kitchen floor was flooded with dirty water .

Food and Chef Henry were good, Benihana standards. The Host needs some training on recognizing a guest walking with a cane DOES NOT need to walk to the last table in the restaurant, TWICE!!! He also needs to be aware that certain guests feel profiled when they are taken to the back of the restaurant for their table.

Our dinner was delicious and plentiful! Our hibachi chef was personable and all items were cooked to order. Our server needs more training and a personality! The restaurant could use a refresh. Stains on the wall behind our tepanyaki grill. All in all, we enjoyed!

Our server was nice. Everyone's apps came out quickly and the salads and soups were great! The chef on the other hand was ok until someone that was seated with us mentioned that he over cooked his steak. He asked for medium but he received well done. The chef Lu was rude and said “Eat it! You will like it!” The customer continued to say that he doesn't eat his steak well done. After a couple requests to make a new steak, Lu then asked “What do you want?! Do I need to do this over again or not?” Then yelled for the server to get another steak with a horrible attitude. He then starts telling everyone else at the table that he ordered a medium well steak not a medium steak. Even if it WAS a medium well steak that he ordered it was STILL WRONG! It was the man's anniversary with his lovely lady. Thankfully it didn't ruin their night!

We went for a birthday celebration. We were seated all the way to the side next to the emergency exit and bathroom when there were tables in the front or by the window. The food has lost the quality and taste. Due to food allergy the meat has to be cooked first which was fine but then the rest of the food took very long to prepare. The cook was trying his best. The waitress did not seem happy and was rarely around Overall was not a good experience specially for a birthday celebration. We were disappointed as Benihan has been one of our favorite restaurants to dine at.

After being seated, We waited over an hour and 45 minutes for the hibachi chef to show up. Waiter never explained the hold up until I got up to ask if they were short staffed and what was going on. The food was mediocre at best, very greasy and overloaded on soy sauce. Also, the portion sizes have significantly became smaller since the last time we visited. Overpriced in my opinion and quality has declined

Normally, my experience has been second to none, but this visit was not as good as it normally is. The reason is because of the chef. He was somewhat combative and got our orders wrong. When he was told of this, he tried to make a joke of it which did not go over well. He forgot the golden rule of retail, "the customer is always right." Come on Benihana, you can do better. I would always tip the cook but this time I did not think he deserved one.

Food and service were good, we had to wait over 30 min even though we had a reservation because the restaurant was packed. It would have been four stars but I think the extractor on top of the table wasn't working properly both groups at the table were complaining about the amount of smoke which was more then the norm. Even our waiter noticed and apologized. Everything else was ok.

Even though we had reservations, it seemed as seating was first come, first serve since we were seated 45 minutes after our reserved time. It was 30 minutes before they took our drink and food order. Another 20 minutes before basic drinks- soda and water were served, followed by another wait for soup and salad. Finally the Chef arrived, he was very pleasant and the food was good, but at that point most at the table bagged a large portion of their food and took it home.

We enjoyed the food and the excitement of the hibachi table. Our service was a little mixed- we had a hard time getting refills on our drinks and one party member's steamed rice never got delivered and by the time we were able to flag down our server, nearly everyone was done eating. Hopefully, this isn't the norm, and perhaps our server got caught up in a busy moment. Overall, we had a nice experience.

I go here for special occasions like for birthdays with the coupon they give us for the food it's very good we came here in July 4th it barely had people and the chef took 15 minutes to come we spend like 1 hour and 30 minutes and the food was amazing like always

My experience at Benihana was fantastic! The live cooking show at the teppanyaki table was so entertaining and the chef was incredibly skilled. The food was delicious, especially the perfectly cooked steak and flavorful fried rice. The atmosphere was lively and fun, making it a memorable dining experience.

It was a good experience overall, however, I didn't appreciate the hostess trying to seat our party of eight and squeeze the seats together wherein we could potentially be knocking each other's elbows while eating. I had to make that point to her and that's when she saw the logic in what I was saying. I understand that that are trying to maximize the chairs to seat other customers in the same table but at the same time, they shouldn't be compromising the customer's comfort level with just making money to squeeze in more chairs.

Benihana is always good. We go to this location and it's always a decent meal. Service was good. The hibachi chef did a good job cooking but way ok at best at all the fun stuff. Like no catching shrimp in his hat and his onion volcano was a bust.

Less interactive than usual unfortunately :( the food was great but there wasn't much of a show... 3 small onion rings created the volcano I was with my 8yr old son and just seems less than when we've been in the past
