customer service was absolutely horrible. I walked in and two guys said no words one with AirPods, and didn’t even ask me what I wanted to order I just had to start telling him my order for him to speak. I’m sorry, but you should never be working with AirPods in that’s just disrespectful and also at least at the bare minimum acknowledge your customers. He also made my smoothie horrible and I always get smoothies from smoothie king at this location, and I’ve never had any issues. I was kind of expecting a bad smoothie, considering his poor customer service, and bare minimum effort. It was very disappointing, I just ended up throwing my smoothie away and wasting money

Didnt catch their names but the 2 people working there were very helpful, informative and pleasant. I had a bunch of questions and they were very helpful with giving me realistic answers.

This was probably the best smoothie that I've had from SK in all of Lee county.

Walked into 2 employees sitting. Not once was asked for phone # or acct. to upgrade my drink for free for Friday as they promote. I asked about it after the purchase and basically said too bad you got to tell me that before.

I hate giving low reviews on places being I know how the pandemic treats people in food service and how fragile snowflakes are. But I come in and order a smoothie, the guy behind the counter has AirPods in which is completely disrespectful, the floor has water all over it. And there’s at least a 20 minute wait for smoothies. I understand there’s staffing shortages and no one wants to work. But this is not how to run a business.

Wouldn’t serve me because I forgot a mask in the car. Parking is horrible here so didn’t want to walk all the way to my car and back again. There were no customers in the building except for me. They told me to wait outside, they’ll bring it out to me. So I did. Then I didn’t hear anything from them for 10 mins. I walked back in, and they said my card didn’t go thru. So needless to say, we all wasted our time and I was very upset. They should be more flexible and also retrain staff.

First time to Smoothie King. One mango veggie and one island slim. Will try to find more. Young lady working was personable. Perfect pre bike ride fuel..
