customer service was absolutely horrible. I walked in and two guys said no words one with AirPods, and didn’t even ask me what I wanted to order I just had to start telling him my order for him to speak. I’m sorry, but you should never be working with AirPods in that’s just disrespectful and also at least at the bare minimum acknowledge your customers. He also made my smoothie horrible and I always get smoothies from smoothie king at this location, and I’ve never had any issues. I was kind of expecting a bad smoothie, considering his poor customer service, and bare minimum effort. It was very disappointing, I just ended up throwing my smoothie away and wasting money

Walked into 2 employees sitting. Not once was asked for phone # or acct. to upgrade my drink for free for Friday as they promote. I asked about it after the purchase and basically said too bad you got to tell me that before.

Love getting the gladiator with strawberry and banana I feel so refreshed and rejuvenated. The staff was so friendly upon entrance, the service was quite fast! The drink is delicious and never fails my sweet tooth cravings. Thankful for the healthy option in a student location. Ambiance of the shop inspires healthy lifestyle and clean eating.

I visited the Estero Smoothie King where I placed an online order and the employee attempted to deny me access to the clean available bathroom while I was already inside it. There was not a sign or notice of any kind stating the bathroom is not available to the public and I happen to be 7months pregnant. After I pleaded he allowed me in and told me to clean it afterwards. If find it hard to believe this would be a Covid-19 related precaution as NOBODY in the store was wearing a mask except for me. Not to mention I frequent smoothie kings all over the country as I travel and I haven't been told anywhere that I can't use the restroom as a paying customer. It's just unfortunate and disappointing to be treated that way in general but especially as an expectant mother. Also, my smoothie was not consistent with the flavor I have received at other stores. :(

I hate giving low reviews on places being I know how the pandemic treats people in food service and how fragile snowflakes are. But I come in and order a smoothie, the guy behind the counter has AirPods in which is completely disrespectful, the floor has water all over it. And there’s at least a 20 minute wait for smoothies. I understand there’s staffing shortages and no one wants to work. But this is not how to run a business.

I come here at least three times a week. Staff and Smoothies are the best! The options are great for whatever you're in the mood for. Prices are great for the quality you're receiving.
Wouldn’t serve me because I forgot a mask in the car. Parking is horrible here so didn’t want to walk all the way to my car and back again. There were no customers in the building except for me. They told me to wait outside, they’ll bring it out to me. So I did. Then I didn’t hear anything from them for 10 mins. I walked back in, and they said my card didn’t go thru. So needless to say, we all wasted our time and I was very upset. They should be more flexible and also retrain staff.

Great location. Great service. Great smoothies. What I like about smoothie king is that they are evolving with healthier alternatives. Dates instead of sugar or turbinado. Choice of strawberries too. Whole strawberries or strawberries with added sugar. I really enjoy the peanut power plus. Chocolate with added strawberries. No dates and no sugar. It's a win! Lol. I also enjoy the wellness smoothies too. The have a carrot kale dream smoothie which is quite energizing. The customer service is always spot on here too. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Enjoy your health. Have a smoothie.

Veteran owned business, hoorah! Manager and his sister are expeditious, and efficient as well as customer centric. All others working at this location are incompetent. They seem hindered whenever a client walks in, as they rather mess around gossiping. Cannot give a recommendation, even though I'd like toEdit: As a follow on issue, I came in today and manager (owners son) did not know proper operation of smoothie king app for payment resolution. Provided opportunity and resources to solve the issue, to which he replied "this doesnt affect our business". Order was cut to 25% of original order amount in Hope's of stimulating proper training for customer service and client resolutions moving forward. Will be the last time I personally come here, but hopefully this helps someone else.
