Oven didn't work so we couldn't get the subs toasted. My daughter ordered the #8 and we were charged $0.50 more than advertised. When I asked the workers about the discrepancy, they were rude and tried to tell me it was tax. I showed them the receipt where tax had been added separately and that MY sandwich rang up as advertised. I simply wanted to make them aware, I didn't care about paying the 50 cents, but I do think people should be charged what the posted prices are. The entire experience was terrible because the staff at Subway didn't even know what goes on the subs, we had to tell them the ingredients they missed because they apparently can't read the board for themselves. The store owner was very nice, but this Subway franchise in his store is absolutely horrible.

So glad the girl making our sub could get off her cell phone will doing our order...NOT! She was very rude and obviously hated her job. It was like we were disturbing her during her important cell phone call. The bun on the sub was super dried out and didn't get very much for toppings. This is town is a dump and super unsafe!

Liars,they say it's a foot long but it's only 11 inches and the "6-inch" is only 5 inches and a half!!
