Great thin end ribs. They are like a crispy almost jerky like texture to the bark while also tender meat. The spicy mustard bbq sauce is excellent and the sides are decent. A great Florida bbq location that has been around for years. It looks like they are finishing up a dining room area which will be a nice addition as there is only minimal outside seating.

If you're in Mulberry, FL, and haven't experienced Carter's BBQ, are you even living? Their rib tips are so divine, they must have been marinated in the tears of angels. At Voyager Nation Inc., we believe our Owner-Operators deserve nothing but the best, which is why we treat them to Carter's mouthwatering BBQ during our orientations. Because when you're fueling the nation's logistics, only top-tier fuel (read: rib tips) will do. Highly recommended...

Ox tails and rice and the gravy was absolutely on point.
Collards were phenomenal took me back to my granny's table.
Coleslaw was pretty good. Diffrent but good.
