The younger girl working the drive thru this morning was so rude. 1st she was very short when ordering. Once we ordered and pulled ahead, we noticed that all of the cars in front of us were being told to pull ahead and wait. My husband politely asked the worker if there was a wait on all food. She replied that they were having to make the gravy, he asked if she knew how long it would be and she snapped back “we HAVE to make the gravy”. We were needing to be somewhere so he told her to disregard our order that we had to leave and she rudely yells out the window “you could have told us that before you ordered”.

So i was coming back from making a vehicle purchase and became hungry pulled up to the door and was greeted by a locked door an employee a very friendly and well mannered gentleman stated they are closing my reply was oh wow it's not even 8pm he stated most Hardee's in the area closed at that time seeing i was very shocked he offered to make my food anyway even though they had just closed i was so impressed by his service and and we'll mannered friendliness i wanted to give him a tip and asked if they could make change for me and they couldn't i even went next door to a gas station to ask for change and the lady was actually quite rude I even offered to get gas and she still wouldn't but I was disappointed i couldn't give that gentleman a tip

My burger was dry, seemed reheated, and not prepared as requested. My fries were hot and seasoned well. The drive-thru personnel were friendly and accommodating. The outside of the restaurant looked inviting and well-manicured

The manager Gloria is rude and doesn't have any customer service 😞 and the service was slow they was steadily taking orders and not stopping to really pack anything it was left up to one poor girl..

They charged me double for the biscuit and gravy. The gravy was mostly water and the hash browns were cold because they didn’t finish cooking them. They left out my blueberry biscuit. I paid a fortune and wasted a lot of time for some really terrible food. 5-25-25 9:30 AM

This was one of the best burgers I've had in awhile. Bacon double no cheese fresh fries great meal. All fresh. I'd recommend this to anyone . Staff was courteous and very nice

I go there for lunch sometimes but they're food has been off lately. Only order the superstar or spicey tender wrap. Ive been getting one patty on the Superstar, you're supposed to get 2,and they only fill half of the tender wraps, so its mainly tortilla. The food was cold and it takes me 4 minutes to get back to my job from there. Make sure you get what you paid for.

Both burgers had clearly been sitting for over an hour, fries were stale and lukewarm at best, when I had gone in to get a refund the manager was pretty short with me, when I had asked her to repeat herself she basically said it as fast as the first time. This place is awful, staff all seem like hoodrats who don't care what they're serving people.
