Order #1351, been to this McDonald’s location twice now and both times they’ve messed up the order. Today’s order to start, the customer service was subpar, the lady taking the order kept rushing and was impatient and not very friendly. The individuals who gave us the food were nice however, but gave us the wrong food. We ordered a kids meal, 10pc nugget meal, #7 meal and QTR pounder meal. We got all drinks and kids meal fine however, the rest of the order had hiccups. Only 2 fries for 3 orders, no nuggets, no #7 we got a nasty fish sandwich in its place. All burgers had mustard when requested no mustard. Considering this is our second time at the location and our first experience was not much better, would save your time and go to another location nearby.

Came through drive thru order through the mobile app. I order a latte ended up getting an icecoffee with someone else name thinking I wouldn't notice. The worker knew look at the ice coffee still gave it to me. I didn't have time to go back.

The Best Mc Donald's,very busy but quick service. The fries where blazing hot the best I've ever had ever. Great service.My compliments to the manager and staff. They work hard. They're open in Mulberry,FL and 60 East ready to provide fast speedy service and hot food

Went through the drive-through this morning, I asked for a medium coffee, seven and seven Hot & A the number one sausage, egg and cheese on English muffin. I get the coffee Noooo sugar and it’s Cold , I get my sandwich no sausage !! And you know I hesitate to go in there which I really shouldn’t have, but I did because I’ve had bad experiences with these people for years off and on, but this just Noooo I’m done,!!! they never get the right food Right The food is always cold. The lady in the drive-through that’s been there seven or nine years a good person that’s the only thing that’s going for that place they hire all teenagers they don’t wanna work, but yeah, good luck with that McDonald’s.

This is definitely the best McDonald's I've been to in the country....constantly the food is hot and the people are higher level than most McDonald's...always fast. I love that our little local McDonald's is such a good one.
