McDonalds (anywhere nowadays) has terrible customer service! They are so focused on the extremely busy drive-thru's. You can't order at the counter, you have to use a kiosk and if you need anything, you have to flag down a worker from the kitchen. I hate it now.

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. The people look miserable. I mean it’s McDonalds but cmon have a little decency and respect for your customers. The manager looks like she’s going to quit any moment. Definitely disappointed

I never really had an issue with this location. But I would like to point out the customer service.
I was having car issues while having my children with me. While waiting for my husband to show up, I came inside for the AC but also to get the kids a little something while we waited. My 1 yr old was having a break down while we waited on some fries. The young woman name Quin made it a point to try and help call him down. Also once our order was ready, she quickly brought it over to us so I could feed my hangry child. I greatly appreciate her going up and beyond like that.

Went inside walmart todo some shopping decided on getting something small 2 cheese burgers and a small fry simple. Staff was friendly place was clean. But from order to getting food took 15 minutes. That's a little long for only 3 simple items. Not meals just items. But other than that staff is friendly and being clean

They could care less about production and putting orders out. Im 49 and this location is the worst I've had to deal with. On top of it the employees are rude and to concerned about talking than working

When I ordered my food I had to order lunch breakfast was over it took one hour to get my lunch because they were so far behind with breakfast I didn't get my lunch till 11:30 I ordered at 10 :30 the manager needs help with organizing the staff is only doing what can be done I have never seen such a place so unorganized and they don't even have a drive through if they had a drive through they would have to close the dining area I can't believe it's this bad and regional managers allow this to happen doesn't say much for upper management

This location is impressively bad, and not in the ironic way.

Let’s start with the order system: they print out tickets immediately for every order, seemingly just to trick the system into thinking they’re knocking them out quickly. Reality check? You’ll be waiting 15+ minutes for something as basic as a Quarter Pounder or McChicken. And if you dare to special order—like no pickle, extra cheese—good luck. You might get the pickle and no cheese, despite paying for it. It’s like playing fast food roulette.

The manager honestly seems like he wants to do better and carries himself like he has potential, but good intentions alone aren’t fixing the systemic issues in this place. There’s a disconnect between management’s efforts and actual results, especially when it comes to speed, quality, and accuracy.

If you’re observant, you’ll also notice visible health code violations just by looking over the counter. Not exactly appetizing.

From now on, I’m documenting everything—photos, videos, timestamps—because people need to see what they’re walking into. This location has become a cautionary tale for fast food done wrong.

Avoid if you have options. Seriously.

Update 1:

Today I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese Deluxe — and received a single. When I asked them to correct it, Leah, the person handling the front, didn’t even wash her hands before putting on gloves to go handle the food after working front end. That alone is a serious health code violation. I’m honestly amazed this place is still operating in this condition.

As for the food? The patties were somehow both soggy and burnt. I’m not even sure how you manage that, but this location pulls it off consistently.

The quality, accuracy, and cleanliness at this McDonald’s are well below acceptable standards. I’ll continue documenting and updating my review so others know exactly what to expect. Beware.

Do not go to the McDonald’s inside Walmart in Mulberry. I was literally the ONLY CUSTOMER there and not only I had to wait 30 MINUTES FOR ONE SANDWICH, the 2 employees that were working there supposedly didn’t even see me so they left my food up on the counter “looking” for me. What was even worse is that the manager of the store was talking to her country friends instead of doing her job like cooking my food. Like I was literally sitting down in front of you guys what do you mean you can’t see me. GET NEW EMPLOYEES OR CLOSE THIS STORE DOWN IMMEDIATELY

Closes at 9pm… coming into Walmart at 730 and they have the gate closed all but half a foot trying to seem closed. This is not the first time I’ve seen this either. After my bf ordered food and left they closed it even further.

By far the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to the girls there don’t even act like I exist and didn’t even help me and I feel they need to be retrained on how to give customer service!

Every time it’s a different story, either they can’t make an item without cheese or they refuse cause they are just lazy. Blows my mind that they can refuse to accommodate a literal allergy dietary restriction purely from just not wanting to take the 15 seconds each it’ll take to roll a new burrito. Especially when I’ve been ordering them the same way for over 20 years. Do better. Stop being lazy and inconsistent for your customers
