The customer service was junk, first she asked for my name gave me total and when I gave her the card she threw it on the counter. She went back to her phone where she was watching something. But this is besides the point, it’s my first time coming here as ordered chicken wings and chicken fried rice there were a few pieces of chicken in the corner of the rice. The 4 wings were old, disgusting, you can tell by the flavor that they had been sitting there all day. I have never tasted such disgusting wings. I will never be ordering from there again.

We ordered takeout from here at least once a month. The eggrolls are crispy and delicious. Everything taste so yummy.

Update to this post.... I cannot wait for the hibachi restaurant to open the food taste nasty and full of onions and green pepper that gives you heartburn! The lady that takes the order is getting worse...no customer service at ALL! The fry rice was cold and hard. Once the hibachi restaurant opens they willl no longer be the only restaurant in this plaza and they will respect their customers more...you can't make money without your customers....you are only there because of your customer's! Go get customer service training!!!!!!
The lady is VERY Rude,disrespectful and Don't take your oder correctly. They need to hire some one new to take orders and be respectful to customers. She needs customer service training ! I am tired of placing my order and when I get home my order is wrong and she DO NOT apologize for her rude service! She answers the phone and rush you off the phone still get your order wrong....I don't eat pork!!!

Ordered food for pickup from this restaurant. This is the first time I've done that because my regular Chinese restaurant was closed due to equipment breaking down. Do yourself a favor and never go to eat here. The food was terrible, no taste whatsoever. It's hard enough to find a good Chinese restaurant in Lakeland but there are some here and there. Coming from New York City to Florida as I did where Chinese food is excellent It's hard to find a good Chinese restaurant but there are some as I mentioned. Just avoid going to Shangri-La as you will be very disappointed.

Best Chinese in the area. (Don't go to happy house because their food doesn't taste right) Shanghai Chinese is always my go-to for comfort food. I always get the sesame chicken with lo mein, and my bf always orders the bourbon chicken with lo mein. Perfect for date nights :)
